The Wrestling Observer reports that Kurt Angle is being examined in regards to his recent groin injury and there remains no word on if he will miss any in-ring time.
It should be noted that Angle did want to wrestle in the #1 Contendership Ladder Match on ECW last night and denied to many backstage that he was hurting. WWE officials made the call to pull him from the show, feeling it was for his own good. Angle also privately admit to those close to him that doing the match last night would have been a big challenge.

I must admit, it was a huge shame that Angle wasn't in the Ladder match with RVD and Sabu as i reckon that would of been one hell of a match however the WWE did the right thing pulling him from the show as you could of injured himself even more!! It just goes to show how much heart and guts Angle has for the wrestling business!! I admire, respect and idolize him so much!!
