In light of the recent arrests of Robert "RVD" Szatkowski and Terry "Sabu" Brunk, it will be interesting to see how WWE handles the matter now that is has been made public. WWE's Substance Abuse and Drug Testing Policy clearly states that any Talent arrested for possession of drugs is subject to immediate dismissal.
13. DISCIPLINE FOR VIOLATION OF LAW
Any Talent who is arrested, convicted or who admits to a violation of law relating to use, possession, purchase, sale or distribution of prohibited drugs will be in material breach of contract and subject to immediate dismissal.
Considering that Szatkowski and Brunk are the two biggest stars on the ECW brand, it should be intriguing to see if these individuals are punished or if WWE will contradict their own drug policy by not terminating their contracts.

It would be a big blow for WWE/ECW is they did get dismissed but i'm interested in finding out whether WWE is going to stick to their drug policy or contradict their on policy and let them stay!!
It's just a shame to see RVD get busted just as he has been pushed real hard lately winning the WWE/ECW Championship etc.

I hope they are allowed to stay. It's not fair if they do, but I'd hate to see them go. I don't know if WWE/ECW could afford that. They may just be sent to some rehab place or possibly some classes or something. Which again is really not fair. When you have a rule, you should stick to it, but geesh. I dunno.

They know the rules and they should know better - much better. They're not kids anymore so they should be punished as the rules status - regardless of who they are and their status in the business. Keeping them would send out the wrong message

Keeping them would send out the wrong message Yeah, your actually right, unfortunitely, but this is Vince, who does and says what he wants, breaks rules, and only cares about making money, thus keeping them. I guess we will have to wait and see what happens, could be interesting. But more interesting to see Sabu back in TNA and to bring with him RVD, lol.
