Lillian Ellison, aka Fabulous Moolah was and remains one of the prime figures in the history of WOMENS PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING, and without her, that history would be drastically altered. She was in PRO WRESTLING FOR 30 YEARS, and is THE GREATEST WOMENS CHAMPION TO EVER WRESTLE.

Ellison began her career in the 1950's as a valet and manager, for "NATURE BOY BUDDY ROGERS". She won her 1st version of the WORLD TITLE in 1956, defeating Judy Grable in a tournament. Nearly 10 years later Moolah was Recognized as the NWA WOMENS WORLD TITLEHOLDER, MAKING THE UNDISPUTED WOMENS CHAMPION, SHE HELD THE TITLE FOR 2 YEARS, BEFORE BEING BEAT BY YUKIKO TOMOE IN JAPAN ON MARCH 10, 1968. She went to hold the title for 8 more years.

The Fabulous Moolah was great. She is an ageless wonder and truely wrestled for the love of the sport, respect. So many years doing it at a high level and entertaining the fans. Kind of like the female Hulk Hogan, going through the generations and still being on top. Saw her and Mae Young on Conan O'Brien not to long ago, they were great on there, lol, funny stuff.

Well the resson she was crisened (Insert Slave Girl/Fabulous here) Moolah was because when the first promoter she worked for aske her why she wanted to be in the Wrestling buissness she is said to have replied

"To make some Moolah."
