Then dissaperd after a dispute with Vince about Money in which Nailz apparantly tried to Strangle Vince Anyone know what happaend to him after that??? I have heard he was scedualed to fude with Undertaker which would have culmanated in a SHOCK CHAIR MATCH at Survivor Serries.

he showed up in a short stint in WCW... I think they called him the convict. But it was only for maybe 2 appearances.

I was never too big on him. He was like a weaker version of Kane.
SHOCK CHAIR MATCH, that would of probably been cool to see. Undertaker does have some entertaining matches.

Would this have been like W.C.W.'s Chamber of Horrors where Abdullah the Butcher was put in an electric chair at the end of the match? At Survivor Series, Nailz lost to Big Boss Man in a Night Stick match. Maybe you mean at Royal Rumble '93. Unfortunately, at the December 14th, 1992 Superstars taping in Wisconsin, Nailz got into an altercation with McMahon supposedly. This could have involved strangling, fondling, or any other -ing you care to think about.
As for his stint as The Convict, I remember him to jobbing to Sting really quickly.

I probabley do 80's Fan, I just know thats the match/fude that was scedualed but never happend.
As for him being a waker version of Kane a I see were your comeing from Iceman but I think tht was more to do with the actual Wrestler then the Gimmick.
I think The Nailz Gimmick was good one that could have had some decent mileige out of it, if given to a more suitable and less unstable person.

He also had a short run in the short lived AWF - American Wrestling Federation (syndicated wrestling promotion that was around in like, 1996, that had Al Hayes as an announcer...Tito Santana and Sgt. Slaughter were the main stars).

You guys should try to find pictures of Nailz from his AWA days as Mr Magnificent Kevin Kelly....He had Madusa as his manager and was a pretty boy type heel.Think taller Shawn Micheals with more of a Mr Perfect gimmick.Think about that the next time you look at the pic of him as Nailz....lol......I always wondered what happened to him to make him go from his muscular look to that.

Huh, sounds like he used to actually be good and cool to watch then back in the AWA days. Having Madusa by your side is a plus too, but she was best in Team Madness in my opinion.

he showed up in a short stint in WCW... I think they called him the convict. But it was only for maybe 2 appearances. He was called The Prisoner and faced Sting in a "Bounty Match" at the Slamboree '93 PPV. Sting was supposed to wrestle Scott Norton, but he no-showed and the announcers explained that he and the Prisoner had a "run-in" which, obviously, the Prisoner got the better of. As far as I know, that was his one and only WCW appearance. Fwiw, he also testified against Vince McMahon the following year during his steroid trial. But he ruined whatever credibility he may have had by admitting on the stand that he hated him.

Vince is certainly one who would end a career if you did anything to upset him. Especially in a case as big as the steroid case was.
