The word now making rounds regarding Bryan Danielson's release from WWE is that he "went beyond WWE's PG initiative" while working with Raw ring announcer Justin Roberts during the angle that concluded this week's show.
I'm told Roberts was busted open hardway as Bryan was very stiff with him and what really got him in trouble was when he used Roberts' tie to strangle him. Strangulation in any form or fashion has been banned from WWE since the Benoit tragedy.
Nonetheless many workers still feel it's an angle, despite sources indicating in the company he is indeed finished

That's ridiculous, they should have never made it PG. Fighting isn't for kids and whatever the rating they'll watch it anyway no doubt.
Bryan Danielson is a superb wrestler and could have gone far. More for TNA i guess

The release of Bryan Danielson is looking more more like a work as the days go on, John Cena posted the following on twitter earlia on today
"I am very upset to hear about the release of bryan danielson. Social networks were formed so people would have a voice, and an opinon. I Know you all have your own, theories and whatnot. I respect that. I have never asked any of you to feel a certaint way about me. But Bryan left a lasting impression on the wwe universe in a very short time, and although it came at my expense, I agree with the majority Of you who are caught off guard by this choice. I know I'm not exactly appreciated by all, nor do I care to be, but I believe what I believe. I would like bryan to come back to the wwe. I would like to sign your petition to bring him back. I was taught to stand up for what I beileve in. I tried and failed, so I could Use some help. Tell me how to sign and I will. If for nothing else, to at least have a chance to have a match with him after what was done I know that seems a bit more fair. Give me a chance to have a fair match with him, and give him yet another chance to prove that he does Belong with us. Sorry for the long message, I know I am probally way out of line, I am sorry if I have offended anyone. But like me or not That is what Hustle. Loyalty. And most importantly Respect means to me. Enjoy game 5."It says that he encourages everyone to sign a petition to bring back Danielson to the WWE

The more that comes out from workers (such as John Cena) on Twitter, it looks like a work although there are some betting it all that he's really gone. there are rumors circulating claiming the decision had to do with Linda McMahon's Senate campaign! The story has literally taken on a life of it's own and if it's a legit release - it's caused problems. If WWE did it to get people talking about the WWE NXT invasion angle - mission accomplished.
Id assume details will become more clear at tonights tv taping
