Wrestling News World has learned The Undertaker suffered a broken orbital bone, a concussion and a broken nose during his match against Rey Mysterio at Tuesday night's Smackdown taping from the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com was the first to break the story although I have independently been able to confirm it.
Rey Mysterio may forgo a planned vacation to help the Smackdown main event scene. The Undertaker is said to be 50-50 as to whether or not he will be able to work WWE Fatal 4-Way next month.
The Undertaker was clearly off during the match as he was knocked loopy, forgetting many of his spots. Our correspondent simply thought it was ring rust as the crowd could notice something wasn't right. This was the second botch-filled match of the night.
