Chris Jericho & Hurricane Helms Arrested

TMZ is reporting Chris Jericho and Hurricane Helms were arrested at a gas station in Kentucky early Wednesday morning. According to police, they were both "extremely intoxicated" in public.

Jericho and Helms were taken into custody at 5 AM Wednesday for "alcohol intoxication in a public place."

Police responded to the gas station in Crescent Springs after receiving a complaint about two men fighting in a cab. Police say both Jericho and Helms were cooperative.

Jericho and Helms were later released on $120 bond each.

Greg Helms, known professionally as Hurricane, allegedly smacked several people in his drunken melee with Chris Jericho early Wednesday morning according to a new report by TMZ.

The celebrity gossip website reports Helms allegedly smacked Jericho, a man named Gary Kelley and Ashley Storer who were all passengers in a taxi cab around 4 AM yesterday.

Witnesses told police Helms fled the scene after things got violent but later returned to the gas station where he and Jericho were arrested for being drunk in public.

Helms was not arrested for the alleged attacked because the alleged victims did not press charges which is a requirement in the state of Kentucky to warrant an arrest.

The female passenger, Ashley Storer, has said she is not going to press charges but Gary Kelley is considering them
