Matt Hardy suffered what is believed to be a torn abdominal muscle in his match with MVP and Kofi Kingston for the United States Championship during last night's WWE Superstars taping at the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Hardy is expected to undergo surgery later this week to repair the injury.
This match will air on Thursday's edition of WWE Superstars on WGN America. ____________________________________________________ Dare i say it? ... I feel matt hardy is another injury prone person, however i dont think he will be on the same path as Kennedy because of how long he has been serving the WWE

It will be a matter of time before Matt Hardy is back in action, but I think it's time for him to get a break any ways. I believe it was around WrestleMania 23 when he took on a really tough road schedule. I think at that time, he was working harder than anyone else on the WWE roster in which made me see he was more deserving of becomming WWE, or World Heavyweight Champion. I think WWE really spit in his face last year by putting him on ECW, and having him win the (crappy) ECW Championship, with later having Jeff Hardy win the WWE Championship. I don't blame Matt stabbing Jeff in the back. He's more deserving than Jeff is. It don't mean that Jeff is more crazy than Matt is that he deserves it more.
The question lies...has Matt ever been suspended for failing a drug test? has Matt ever refused to go to rehab when WWE wanted him to? has Matt ever worked for another company besides WWE?
It pisses me off what WWE is doing with Jeff, and holding Matt back. Take away Jeff being a "Dare Devil" he doesn't have nothing over his brother. In a straight up wrestling match with no risky moves involved. Matt would kick Jeff's ass!

Yeah Matt is the better wrestler but Jeff has always been the popular one. WWE really slighted Matt by placing him in ECW!
