What are the opinions of him? I liked what I saw from him in the ring in ECW. Mick Foley as TNA champion is also good, he just beats everyone with a chair, always fun. I have to say, Don West is also less annoying playing the heal announcer. Less over excited comments from him and he was Tennay's cheer leader. A nice change having two face anouncers but grew tired fast.

It's been about a month now and Lashley has yet to do anything (I've not seen Sacifice yet, so no spoilers please!) which is a waste, he was not advertised to wrestle at Sacrifice so what is the point in the suprise appearance at Lockdown? A bit of a waste in my opinion. I quite like the idea of him doing both MMA and pro wrestling, Bob Sapp has done well doing this in Japan. If a talent can draw then book him on the card I reckon.
TNA would have done well to have continued with an element of the shoot style matches following on from Lockdown 2008 with Joe vs Kurt. I also enjoyed the Trigg vs Styles match and would liked more of that, the rounds gave it suspense.

From what I have read, he should be showing up for real, soon.

I didn't watch Lockdown when he first appeared. I just saw highlights of it, and then saw the Impact when he appeared also.
I have to believe Lashley is focused 100% on MMA. Even if he was thinking about signing a contract with TNA, I also believe now TNA has their eyes on someone else who wont be committing his time to something else.
If Ken Anderson (Mr. Kennedy) goes to TNA. There will be that question people will be asking...."will there even be a need for Lashley now?" to give out my answer to that...I see no reason for TNA to sign him. He wont committ to TNA as much they will want him to.
The only way I see it happening is if this is what Bobby Lashley wants to do to stay in top physical shape in between fights, but there is that high risk of him injuring himself. If that happens, he will get sidelined, and then go out of shape, so the best thing for Lashley is for him to stay away from Pro Wrestling, because if he gets injured from doing MMA, atleast it will be from that.

I like Lashley and think he's a good draw and hard worker. Cool seeing his appearances in TNA, even if they were just brief. I believe we may see more of him in the future which would be cool. But, that being said, I would rather have Mr. Kennedy in TNA and think he can add just as much if not more. Tough choices though, since Lashly wants to do MMA, and Mr. Kennedy is usually hurt. I would take my chance on Mr. Kennedy though once he's fully healed up.

About Mr. Kennedy usually being hurt. People will see a difference with him working the TNA schedule from working the WWE schedule. With Kennedy working for someone else besides Vince McMahon who will actually pay him for taking the time off to recover his body. This is why Kurt Angle is in TNA, and never will work for WWE again. Kurt Angle actually said in a interview that I recently watched on Youtube about Dixie Carter telling him that he don't have to work when he is hurt. Vince McMahon was against Kurt making movies like he wanted. I heard from Kurt in this interview that Dixie Carter actually set up some movies for him to act in.
So there will be a difference with Kennedy being in TNA. As for Lashley. I went off about Kurt Angle, and Kennedy while ignoring this is a Bobby Lashley thread. I am sorry, but I am sticking to what I posted before. It will be hard for him to go from traning for something that is real, and really getting hurt by doing it to go back doing some that is fake, and have that risk doing that to mess up his MMA career. It all depends on what company he fights for. If UFC is where he would like to fight for. I am only guessing UFC wont let him wrestle. Not to say Lashley wont be able to appear in TNA to atleast be a special enforcer, but as for physical contact goes whoever Lashley fights for does have a say in it!

Bobby Lashley confirmed yesterday in an interview with ESPN Radio he has agreed to terms on a contract with TNA Wrestling and will appear at Sunday's Victory Road pay-per-view in Orlando, Florida. Lashley first appeared with TNA on a per-show basis but wanted to work out a contract where he could work for TNA and still compete in Mixed Martial Arts. A deal has been reached and Lashley will do both

For the record. I ordered Victory Road tonight, and Bobby Lashley didn't appear. Although TNA showed a video package with Lashley talking about him signing with TNA, and about wanting to fight Brock Lesnar since he's the current UFC heavyweight champion, but as for an appearance at Victory Road, he might have been backstage during it, but TNA didn't show him.
TNA probably didn't want to take away from someone else debuting tonight as Samoa Joe's mystery advisor. I wont say who it is for people who haven't seen Victory Road yet, but the color orange, the number 13, and the black towel on Joe's head was a dead give away.
As for how I feel about Lashley offically signing with TNA. It maybe good for Lashley to do this, but everyone should know what is on Lashley's 100% focus. I have to believe this will set up Angle vs Lashley @ Bound For Glory!!!

Jeremy Borash wrote on his Twitter page early this morning that Bobby Lashley was backstage at last night's TNA Victory Road pay-per-view from Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.
