Petey Williams worked his final match for TNA Wrestling at last nights Impact taping, a bout that will air on next week's episode. As the storyline goes, Beer Money, Inc. issued an open to challenge to anyone in the company to face them for the TNA Tag Team Championship. The stipulation is if their opponents lose, they are gone from TNA and cannot return under another gimmick or in any other role with the company. Petey Williams and Eric Young are revealed as their opponents later in the night as they worked as Team Canada. Beer Money was victorious when Robert Roode pinned Petey Williams.
WrestlingNewsWorld.com is able to confirm that Williams has been released from the company. The talk going around backstage at tonight's taping was that several more releases are expected and other names could be finished as well.

Out of the three, Williams and Hoyt have no heat.

Too bad for Petey Williams, a small but talented wrestler. Eric Young gone too? Jimmy Rave was ok. Lance Rock, acted like a rock star, forgot about wrestling. He was like Matt Morgan at one time a big guy with lots of pontential, his character sucked lately.

There is a problem with me commenting about Petey Williams gone from TNA. It's not that big of a problem, but such problem that is stopping me from talking about it since I haven't heard it offically annouced on tnawrestling.com and also his profile is still on the site.
I am not saying it's not true, but I feel unconfortable talking about stuff that isn't offical yet. I am gonna allow time go by before I leave my comment.

Well his final match hasnt aired yet, as it was taped last week but airs this week. If the tna website posted anything then it would be a spoiler so give it a few days and im sure something will crop up on the official website.

I thought Petey Williams was decent when he was Scott Steiner's sidekick. They had some good skits together. After and before that, I wasn't big on him though. Didn't think they'd let him go though. Wonder what the reason/reasons were.

I don't have a big issue with wrestling personalities comming and going. It's the nature of the busines, but I do have a very big problem with stupid stipulations such as "if a wrestler loses he/she can never return to the company" that pisses me off. That BS doesn't belong in the public eye. If a company, and a employee of theirs have an issue, then they need to handle it behind closed doors between the 2 parties. If TNA, and Petey Williams had heat, then that is what they should had done, and wtf is this BS about saying a wrestler can't come back? Petey Williams been there for a long time. Long enough to have a good, and solid relationship with Jeff Jarrett, and rest of TNA. My personal feelings for Petey doesn't matter. So I am not gonna go off saying...I am gonna miss him in TNA because I wont if that is how TNA does business. Lets see if they do this with someone else, then I will be really flared up, and go off saying...I hate TNA!!!
