After several meetings today, Vince McMahon has decided that an ECW show will take the place of Velocity.
Basically what would happen is the show would be taped prior to SmackDown! every Tuesday until a new time slot is secured in the United States. For the time being it would emain an internet-only show. Negotiations are going on to attempt to get it on U.S. television.

They do indeed. But that meens a companys got to agree to alow them air time. And given ECW's reputation from it's first go around (with channals throwing it off the air) It's going to take some negotiations.
And to be honnest any expouser Internet only or not is good. And I don't think Vince intends it to remain Internet Only but if thats the only outlet them have for it at the moment then there's realy not a hell of a lot of choice.

To me, ECW replacing Velocity says that ECW and Velocity are basically on the same level, which wouldn't be good. If it's new and big they should make it new and big. I know it's not really new, but you get what I mean...
