TMZ.com is reporting that Nick Bollea (a/k/a Nick Hogan), the son of Hulk Hogan, will be released from Pinellas county jail on October 21st, three months short of his eight-month sentence for good behavior.
On May 9, 2008 Bollea was sentenced to eight months in jail, five years of probation, 500 community service hours, and his driver's license was suspended for 3 years for his involvement in the car crash that left his friend John Graziano in a vegetative state.

I hate it when this happens in my oppinion they have done bad and are given a sentance for a reason. So why should they be let out early for good behavior, because they quiet clearly havent got good behavior or else they wouldnt be in jail in the first place. Rant over lol

Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea was released from the Pinellas County Jail just after midnight this morning. According to the celebrity-gossip website TMZ, he went back to his mother Linda's house to celebrate his release and eighteenth birthday. You can view video footage of him exiting the jail at this link.
Nick served 166 days of an 8 month jail sentence after pleading no contest to a felony charge of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury back in May. He was released early due to good behavior.
His best friend John Graziano remains hospitalized in an incapacitated state
