Just wondered what every bodys thoughts were on this. Personally i love the idea, iv loved jericho from the word go and was very excited when he came back to the WWE. Yeah it may seem abit rushed that they have put the title on to him already seen as tho he hasnt been back for a year yet, but its some one different. I was scared they were going to put it on batista who i dont really like and i am quiet bored of him been champion. I think Putting the title on to Jericho opens quiet a few doors for future story lines ETC so in my oppinion a good move by WWE.

Good move. I also think Batatasa sucks, just a creepy vibe.

I hate to come on here to break up 2 people agreeing Chris Jericho being the World Heavyweight Champion was a good move. Esspecially when WWE has been out of my life for a while now. I have no opinion what so ever relating to Chris Jericho being WHC, because I have no interest in involving myself in WWE storylines at this time in my life. I would feel the same way if Bastista was WHC, and when I was watching WWE. He was my favorite wrestler. WWE can put the World Heavyweight, WWE, or ECW Championship on a midget, or anyone else for that matter, and I wont care. Now TNA is a different story. 3 weeks in a row I watched Impact. Only difference now from before. I am not recording it like I use to because I know I can live just fine without watching it over again. To watch it once will put my mind to ease. To watch it more than once will drive me nuts!
So I am glad people like the idea of Chris Jericho being WHC, as for me I am loving being able to watch other programs on Monday, and Friday Nights after I set myself free of being a WWE Fan. Enjoy Y2J as Champ long as it lasts. Maybe that Midget who is Finlay's "Mini Me" will take it next!

I have to say Smackdown was actually better than any other time I've watched it. Still turned the TV off, I also watch TNA almost every week. I just hope people will wake up and start watching. WCW put out very good IMO programming in 93/94 before it took that yellow bag of s**t to put them over the top. It both put over and killed WCW later on.
