TNA Knockout Breaks Her Leg

Mickie Knuckles (a/k/a Moose) broke her right femur after executing a dive during a match at the IWA Mid South Wrestling show in Joliet, Illinois last night. She landed awkwardly after doing the dive onto the gym floor and apparently the match was stopped immediately. Mickie will undergo surgery today to repair the injury.

Knuckles, who works as Moose in TNA Wrestling, just recently signed a contract to be a full-time Knockout with the company

Mickie Knuckles (a/k/a Moose) underwent surgery yesterday to repair her broken right femur that she suffered during a match on Sunday. Doctors had to stretch the bones in her leg back out to get them end to end so that they could insert a titanium rod because of the amount of muscle mass in her leg. The doctor said that they expected muscle mass of a 24 year old female and ended up getting the muscle mass of a construction worker.

Knuckles will remain hospitalized until Wednesday and optimistic estimates are that she could be able to return to the ring inside of six months
