Do you guys get the chance to watch any single episode of UFC? Have you seen the fight between Tito Ortiz and Ken Shamrock? It was really a good fight though some say it was very controversial in the side of Ken. They are going to have a final battle on Oct. 10, heard about this? Are you guys going to watch it?

Its pretty cool
A few of my mates have trained with Michael Bispieng the guy who won the ultimate fighter by creaming that other guy in the final and didnt get the credit he deserved for it which pissed me off royal
People should also check out Cage Warriors the UK version of UFC some guys I train with compete in it I think
I also know a guy who trained with Shamrock once

are you going to watch ortiz and shamrock's third fight tomorrow night? it will air on at 10 pm. i will go for ortiz, what about you?

Yeah it is cool im also trained by a former british champion
Ermmmmm Is that 10 English or American time because I dont think we will be getting it yet
But I would like to say Shamerock always a fan of his but not sure if he will win seems to be a little past it nowadays
