-- Local advertising in New York city for this year’s ECW PPV lists Terry Funk, RVD, and Chris Benoit for the event.
-- The Sandman has signed for the event and it’s said that he signed a large deal that would prevent him from working for any other competing events during the time around the ECW PPV as they don’t want another event like Hardcore Homecoming popping up.
-- It looks like Dean Malenko will be returning to the ring at the PPV. There were some reports out a while ago that Malenko and Benoit wanted to have a match dedicated to Eddie Guerrero at the PPV.
-- Tajiri will be flying in from Japan to appear at the show.

I really hope Malenko & Benoit do have a match at ECW: One Night Stand 2. That would be like Tazz would say "Off The Hook"!!

I would love to see Shane Douglas vs Taz again but since Shane works for TNA...fat chance. Ditto for the final chapter of the Jerry Lynn vs. RVD saga.

I always liked Shane Douglas a lot, miss watching him Wrestling, and miss Francine too, lol. Ashame he's not even wrestling in TNA anymore either. I don't think Douglas being in TNA would stop him if he wanted to do it though, wasn't Sabu in the last PPV and he's in TNA. Same with Rhino maybe too. Cool they want and are taking Sandman serious, ECW isn't the same with out him, he's one of the true ECW Wrestlers. Would be cool to see Benoit too since he was one of the orginal ECW Wrestlers, Melenko I never liked watching though.

Sabu Could very well be there. He's on the WWE Legends program which make him eligabal to apper on there ECW PPV's.
Rhyno's another matter sadly. Last year he was a free agent after WWE fired him so I think he was just given a one night contract for the Show. It wasn't untill about a month or so after ONS that TNA contracted him.
Shane has major issue with the WWE and has had for a while, so unless he and Vince can mend fences I don't seem him appering in any WWE/ECW PPV.

Rhyno deserved a contract and Im glad TNA realized what he could bring to the table as a entertainer. It would be really cool if Shane could mend those fences with Vince and make the appearence for the PPV. Sabu will hopefully make it into the PPV because just the name alone puts butts in seats and he would do just that.
