Anybody have or recommend any ECW DVDs?
I have the "Rise + Fall of ECW" which is a great DVD, but that's all I have. I wish they would come out will some more ECW DVD's with some of their best matches.

-- They'll probably be watered down releases, with a bunch of WWE advertising in the begining of the show. If you want the REAL ECW experience, best to just buy the VHS tapes from Pioneer Entertainment. If you want them on DVDs, there's no copywrite block on the tapes so you can dubb'em onto disc (which is illegal yes, but ... I've said too much! )

Extreme Evolution is a good tape and I think it's avalible on DVD. It features RVD v.s. Jerry Lynn,Masato Tanaka v.s. Mike Awesome, The Eliminators v.s. Terry Gordy and Dr. Death Steve Williams,The Sandman v.s. Raven in a barbed wire match, and Tommy Dreamer and Beulah v.s. Shane Douglas and Francine.

In the UK, Delta/Laserlight released alot of ECW DVDs and videos, and the DVDs would be Region 0 (which means you can play them anywhere in the world). Maybe look for them on Ebay. Any ECW from 95-98 I recommend.

I also did end up picking up Extreme Evolution DVD but didn't watch it yet.

Get ECW Hardcore TV vols.1-5 excellent stuff indeed I don't seen to find those Old Schooler, just looked on Ebay for example and don't even see one up, nor on Amazon, maybe they aren't really available in the US? I never really heard of them either, but did sound like they'd be good because when I used to watch ECW on TV those shows were really great. Thanks Cartman, I will keep the "AV" ECW DVDs in mind. I do have a DVD or 2 (copies) coming from a trade I made with somebody soon so that should be good.

ECW TV 1 - 5 are the matches from their TV shows, I believe they are from around 1994/1995. I have Vol 2,4 and 5 and they are well worth buying if you can find them.
