Lol, wow man, and just because he said "Remove", nothing personal to you and he doesn't even know you. He probably gets too many e-mails everyday (and justed wanted to get quick and too the point to end it) and you caught him on a bad day (frustrated over sh*t). Ken's alright man, lol.
