In australia, we have many sports. One is called the NRL (National Rugby League). Now, I am not gonna make myself popular by saying this but if it ever came to NRL vs. NFL. I believe the NRL would win. and heres why...
NFL actually came to Australia (with 4 guys) to face our guys (4 also), NFL players wore the shoulder pads, all of the protective gear that they do. and our NRL players wore no protection, as we do. No CUP, no shoulder pads. Now some wear padded helmets, so their ears dont get ripped off in play. and a chest plate so their rib cage wont come through the skin.
Anyway, NFL 4 guys faced 4 NRL guys in just running at each other. the 4 NRL guys got bruised, by the gear the others were wearing. But the NFL guys were worse. 2 had their gear broken within 5 minutes of play, 1 got a torn shoulder and the other was knocked un-conscious on field.
