Found this on Randy Savage's Imdb page. Pretty interesting, I have heard things along these lines in the past, but some of it was in better detail here below.
"The beef between Savage and Hulk is not professional, its purely personal. Randy and Hulk were at one time very good friends. When Hulk took time off to film Mr. Nanny, Liz had been hanging out a lot with Hulk's wife Linda. Well apparently Savage (and others I'll get to later) claim there were no problems in Liz & Randy's marriage until she started hanging around the Hogans.
Randy was on the road at one point, and was not able to get in touch with Liz. He called up Hulk to see if he knew where Liz was, to which Hulk responded he didn't. Randy showed up at the set of Mr. Nanny and lo and behold there was Liz with Linda.
Randy (and those other guys I mentioned who I'll get to) believe the Hogan's got into Liz's ear to the point where they pushed her into believing her life would be better off without Randy. Liz filed for divorce, and it was finalized later in 1992.
Thats where the beef between them stems.
The Others:
1) The Ultimate Warrior: The Warrior has been on friendly terms with both Hogan and Savage, but hasn't spoken to either in years. When Liz passed away, Warrior basically corroborated every detail of Savage's story, despite not talking to him for years. He also blames Luger quite a bit for Liz's death, and said that while working in WCW with her and Randy, he spoke to Liz who told him she regretted leaving Randy.
2) Bret Hart: Bret isn't exactly friends with Savage, but when asked about the beef between Hulk and Randy in 2003, Bret said Hogan ruined Randy's life.
In addition to Warrior and Bret, I also understand that in Ric Flair's book, Flair says he was there when Savage was trying to get in contact with Elizabeth but couldn't reach her. Flair said that Savage was absolutely miserable and probably didn't even care if he won the title or not since he was worried out of his mind."
