I think Joe Mesi can once he puts his health problems behind him which it looks like he is finally doing. He is still undefeated and ranked #3 in the Heavyweight division.
This Russian Bear named Nicolay Valuev is 39-0 and 7 foot tall. He is currently ranked #7, when will he finally get tested though?
David Tua can once he starts boxing again, he has had contract disputes with his mangers/promoters and has been doing court duties for this for the last 1 1/2 to 2 years.
Maybe Riddock Bowe since he got out and the Heavyweight division is weak.
Wladimir Klitschko had a chance and was actually there ranked 2 behind Lennox Lewis for a long time. The question is will he ever get back there?
