No, I don't think he should retire yet. He still has some fight left, I don't know if he'll ever be champion again though. It's weird he was so good, cocky, and knocking everybody out before, now he's looking into that world from the other side.

Well after seeing (ESPN News) Mike Tyson lose to Kevin McBride, and even giving up at the end of the 6th round, refusing to fight I think maybe he should retire. What's weird is that Tyson looked alright and was holding his own in the fight (except last round), don't know why he'd quit. He wasn't in any real danger and didn't get knocked down. So with Mike it's still more of a mental thing.

nah, its always an event-good or bad- when tyson fights. one of the best sporting events i have ever been to was the tyson fight in philly. 4th round knockout. he toyed with bruno for the first 2 1/2 rounds before pummling him. if he retires i'd like to see him as the bouncer at DaBaR

Geez, I didn't know he still boxed! Retire, I'd say. He's past his prime.

Yeah, that old dog has certainly had its day, a LOOOOOOOOOONG while ago. Just let us keep some good memories, and retire now, Mike, while you still have a shred of self respect.

They were playing on ESPN Classic Saturday all of Mike's early fights for 7 hours, great, great stuff. At age 19 he was invincible. So many KOs in the first round. He was truely incredible and one of the best Heavyweights ever.

mike tysons greatest hits might be the best hour of video footage ever. he absolutely destroyed people.
his quotes were great too. "my defense is impregnable" "every punch had murderous intentions" and the best of all time.... when asked if he hit his wife robin givens he said " it was the best punch i ever threw"

Tysons a total nut man and though I feel he should retire and his best is gone this guy was at one time a beast in the ring. If he only coulda stay away from all the negative mess and attention its no telling how incredible he woulda been. His matches were so friggin short get up to use the restroom and you miss the match. Man incredibly talented and stupid.

Yeah, well at least he was on Top of the World for a Decade and nobody could touch him. One of the best ever. Ever since he met Robin Givens and went to jail it was all downhill.
It's truely ashame he didn't get to fight Lennox when he was on top of his game, because he would of crushed him.
