broken arm which shattered my upper arm and required 2 plates and 8 screws.

Broke 2 ribs when i was about 10...really hurt couldnt move for weeks!!

Ummm...the worst injury that i can think of is i trapped my ankle in the back of my bike wheel wen i was bout 7/8 years old. Had to have physio etc

Right Knee Torn Cartilage
Had Physio On It Three Different Times
It now has Osto Arthritis in it!!

in an crash. in a wheel chair for a short wihile. now have a bad leg and i limp every so often.
