pushups lots and lots of pushups... try to play basketball as much as possible but not enuff.

try to workout often but don't have very good system set up. all i have is bench press and couple other weight bars

I do 20 stomach crunchies, 30 sit ups, 10 push ups, run up and dwn stairs 10 times, 20 star jumps and 20 twist jumps a day
