Do you workout? If you do, what do you do and how often?
I do or try to when I can. Currently I play basketball once a week and do crunches and reverse sit-ups from time to time.

I go to the gym 3 times a week. I split my training through out the 3 days. Tuesdays i do my legs, abs, traps and some cardio, on thursdays i do my shoulders and chest followed by about 5 mins on the punch bag and then on saturdays i do my arms (Biceps/Triceps), back and some more cardio. I also bike every day for at least 1-2 hrs.

I don't work out regularly, but I like to do it. May sound weird to some people, but I like weight training. I don't do like a lot of weight or anything (no big man muscles for me, lol). I do more reps and less weight. I don't know what it is, but I actually find it fun. I like to run on treadmills too. Don't know why, lol. But yeah....

Yeah, I work out... my grandad (an ex-Over 50s bodybuilding champ) got me into it when I was 14.
I'm now about 185lbs thanks to doing it the natrual way instead of steroids. I don't take them as #1: I don't want to and #2: My family has a history of heart problems so it wouldn't be a good idea for me to take them.

I also like workin' out with weights. I try to lift light, but I can't bring myself to it. I'm a weakling, though, so the max dumbbells I can lift is 15 lbs. I'm a monster on the machines, tho. LOL And at one point, back in summer of '01, I could benchpress 115 pounds freeweights, which is the most I've ever lifted. I like treadmills, but they are killer on my knees, so I stick with the bicycle or the elliptical machines...*thinks* Damn, I should get back to the gym soon...LOL

As far as benchpressing goes though, I can't even benchpress the bar, lol. I found out the hard way, the first time I ever tried it, that I have a seriously weak left shoulder. Tore the muscle. I actually heard it rip. Let's just say I won't do that again. I do basically the same thing as the benchpress though, but with dumbells. It doesn't seem to have the same effect on my shoulder as it does with the bar, so that's good.

-- Yup,
I work out to stay in shape so I can move comfortably in the ring.
I'm not into bodybuilding, so I could careless about cosmeticlly looking great, though when you work labor, muscles just show up on their own, so oh well lol.

2 hours of rugby per week(4 if I have a game), and 2 hours of good ole Physical Education per week. Actually it's 3 one week then 1 the next, how my timetable works out. I'm also a casual weightlifter.
