Is he still involved with wrestling? Was he a pimp? Do any of the former ladies from GLOW or POWW have comments about him?

Hmm...don't know the answer to that, probably because I don't know who David MacLaine is. Lol, so who is David McLaine? Was he in GLOW Wrestling or the owner/promoter of it?

He was the whole "brains" behind it all. He was also the play-by-play man, interviewer and booker. I think he mainly dealt in ladie's wrestling. On air, he came off as such a sleaze. He made Mean Gene look like Mr. Rogers. I always wanted to ask Ivory about him. She must have some great stories.

From everything I've read about him, the guy was pretty much a scomebag, and none of the ladies really enjoyed working for him.

when I interviewed Hollywood for my website about her comments about David McClain when he was the owner of THE SHORT STINT WOW IN 2000-2001 (wOMEN OF WRESTLING)
her exact words i believe is it is what it is Short Lived lol
so she did not have much to say about him
and when I interviewed Bobbi Billard and Erica Porter all they did was give him credit for introducing them in the sport

Well if he created GLOW Wrestling then I give him a lot of respect. Didn't know he tried to do it again in the WOW Woman's Wrestling. Although I never met the guy, he cann't be worse or treat his Wrestlers worse than Vince McMahon.
Would of been cool and mean a lot more if Hollywood said how see felt about him when she worked with him in GLOW Wrestling.

The last time that b@#$! of David Mc'lane was seen (after GLOW and POWW ended) he was heading towards the airport to go to Brazil with all the money he got from that shows!  |

David McLaine actually wanted Glow to be a more serious wrestling Promotion,it was the TV station that wanted Glow to stay a comedy type show,that is why he started POWW and got Glow a spot in the AWA's only ppv SuperClash 3
