Will TNA ever catch up to the WWE?
I really hope they do, and think for the last few years their making good progress. When TNA first started adding: Raven, Franchise, and Sabu. To more recently adding: Kevin Nash, Rhino, The Dudley Boys, Scott Steiner, Sting, Christian, Kurt Angle, Tomko. I like the progress of TNA and hope they really do catch up or come close to the WWE one day, sooner than later, lol. I really miss the days of Monday Night Wars between WCW and WWE. Just making each other week in and week out while both elevate their shows to compete. So I think TNA has a chance.

I'm not a TNA mark, to be honest i can only deal with watching about 5 minutes of it before changing the channel but i do think they have a chance to catch up IF they make the necessary changes in order to do so.
My main concern with TNA is bringing in wrestlers from the 90's or the wrestlers from WWE. The only thing they may be helping themselves with is ratings but in order to keep TNA alive, they have got to start using the younger talent more and push them. Superstars like AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Petey Williams, Chris Sabin etc...these are the guys they need to be highlighting and given decent storylines and matches. Not people like Sting, Steiner or Nash....they had their moment in the 90's, it's time for the younger generation to shine through
Plus there's the finances. Until they have some serious cash on them, they'll have no chance with WWE. The ridiculous payouts they give to people like Sting is stupid. If you push your younger talent right, then you won't have to go to some extreme lengths as to hiring 90's stars to boost ratings and then you can save some dosh on more important things

They need a 2 hour timeslot. I can't believe people aren't watching tna . Chris Benoit or Chris Jericho might be the final piece of the puzzle. Touring might be good, but it is very expensive to do and may backfire. I haven't watched the wwe garbage and don't miss it. I tried watching ECW, the show looks cheap and I almost got sick and had to turn the station. When I saw the one guy all over his girl manager(stupid to begin with), it made me angry. What ever happened to interfering former wrestler managers? At least tna has a alot wrestling, but too many women are showing up. If I wanted to see half naked women, there is better shows to watch. Remember women like Miss Elizabeth with class? Too bad

IMO they already have because they have better talent and the only reason WWE is still on top is because they have a much better time slot. But Vince better not get to laxed because TNA is nipping at his heels and if giving the right time slot things could change.

they have a chance
it all depends on how much money they have to spend on getting the right talent for the job

I think that TNA has a real chance to really compete with the WWE & I hope they do someday because this is what wrestling really needs. Wrestling cannot survive as a 1 party system, because they needs to be competition, an alternative outlet. One of the main problems in WWE right now is the fact that Vince feels he can put on whatever he wants to & wrestling fans have to watch because there is nothing else; and unfortunately, Vince's tastes are not always in line with what the fans really want to see. I agree with HBK, thatTNA is maing some major mistakes right now in over pushing older '90s & WWE stars over its own homegrown talent.

TNA is still very far away from matching up with WWE. They need a lot more than a 2 hour time slot IMO. They need to get out of Orlando completely. I doubt they ever will because they have Superstars under contract with them because they have an easier schedule than the WWE has. They don't have to travel much at all. They also need to bring back Jeff Jarrett. Where has he been in the recent months?
How TNA is now. They wouldn't even be able to match up with wCw before the nWo. They need a lot of work which will take up a lot of time. So lets forget about them ever being in the same league as the WWE. They aren't even close. I doubt they ever will!
