Agreed, Scottingraham. Vince Russo had quite a few ideas for WCW.....it's just that every one of them sucked!

Yeah there was a difference in Vince in WCW than the one in the WWF. I dont know why his ideas were so poor but there was a big difference there.

For me it was late 90's WCW all the way.... though my view on wrestling has changed greatly it was a favorite time of mine. Yeah, that time was great, and during that time until the last day of WCW I was always watching it over the WWE, no doubt.

I loved the WCW and thought it had better "wrestlers" where the WWF had the better "actors" due to the fact thats what the WWF was mainly about. I respected the WWF and I know alot of people would disagree with me but I honestly feel WCW wrestlers were better in ring performers than the WWF wrestlers. If you look back at the history of the NWA/WCW you would find IMO better matches and PPVs like the starrcades and Great American Bashes. Nothing IMO beats: Ric Flair vs Harley Race, Dusty Rhodes, Nikita Koloff, and Ricky Steamboat.
Blanchard/Anderson vs RnR Express, Road Warriors, Koloffs, and Steiner Brothers.
The Four Horsemen, the formation of the NWO with Hogans heel turn, Hogan vs Stings contrevarsial Starrcade match, Goldebergs streak( although I didnt care much for Goldberg keep you wondering who would up end him), and of course Scott Steiners WCW heavyweight title win (my personal favorite LOL).
I will admit though near the end when Russo was brought in the product went south and went south fast. But I still love the WCW and wish it had been brought back instead of ECW.

The WWF days from about Wrestlemania 3 in the 80's were the best up until 92 i didnt enjoy much of the New Generation era for a while Then started enjoying it alot more in the attitude era and the monday night wars plus ecw was kicking off, them days dont match close to what we have now

My Fav was like 2000 - 2002 wasnt really a fan of the whole Invasion thing but after that had finished and we had some wcw stars in the wwe it was great. I also liked wrestling before the Invasion angle in like 2000 where you had people like Al snow and steve blackman. In my oppinion that was wen the tag team division was at its best aswell

My favorite periods in wrestling were the 1980s JCP era NWA, I am a huge mark for the 4 Horsemen, & the "Attitide era" WWF.

I had to vote for ''WWF 1990'' as it was in this period that I saw 4 'live' WWF Events here in England. I had never seen a 'live' WWF Event before this period and I have not seen one since.
I got to see some big Stars from America, like
Hulk Hogan - Randy Savage w/Miss Elizabeth - Earthquake - Typhoon - Texas Tornado - The Mountie - Bob Backlund - Terry Taylor - Doink the Clown - The Barbarian - British Bulldog Davey Smith - Big Boss Man - Ric Flair - Legion of Doom - The Nasty Boys - Hacksaw Jim Duggan - The Bushwhackers - Hercules - Paul Roma - Brutus 'The Barber' Beefcake - IRS - Ted Dibiase - Repo Man - Kato - Skinner - Shawn Michaels - Marty Jannetty - Tito Santana - Tatanka - Giant Gonzales - Andre the Giant - The Undertaker w/Paul Bearer - Sergeant Slaughter - Yokozuna - Brett Hart - Owen Hart - William Regal - Papa Shango - Jake 'The Snake' Roberts - 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper - Crush - The Steiner Brothers - The Head Shrinkers - Bam Bam Bigelow - Predator - Bastian Booger - Sid Justice - 'The Model' Rick Martel - Warlord - Dino Bravo - Virgil - Colonel Mustafa - The Berzerker - Mr Perfect - 'The Narcissist' Lex Luger - Razor Ramon - Beverly Brothers - Kamala - Dam*an Demento.
Mr Fuji - Jimmy Hart - Harvey Whimpleman - Gene Ockerlund - Bobby Heenan - 'Gorilla Monsoon - Lord Alfred Hayes.
(sorry for any spelling mistakes)

Classic 80's WWF was the greatest era for me, its what i grew up with. Hogans 'Real American' theme is the soundtrack to my childhood. There were so many charismatic superstars in the 80's WWF product that drew in millions upon millions of viewers. It saddens me that they current WWE product is a pale imitation of what i once adored.

i went with the attitude era... i like it the best so far.. I however did not get to see much fromthe 80's but what i have seen has either been
1. Off the wall amazing wrestlin stuff, 2. Just plain stupid...(to bad this is all we get today, with a select few exceptions)
