I believe JCP means Jim Crockett Promotions, in which case it belongs in "NWA, WCCW and Other 'Classic' Territories". MACW, I have no idea. Possibly an independent promotion, which would mean it goes in the independent wrestling forum.

Jim Crockett Promotions (JCP), based out of Charlotte, NC, was founded by Jim Crockett, Sr. and was in business from 1935-88.
In the 1950s, Crockett joined the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), which was organized in 1948.
In the early 1970s, he passed away and his children took over the business. Jim, Jr. took the helm as president of the company and maintained membership with the NWA. It was also around this time that they began using the name "Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling" and established the "Mid-Atlantic" titles (Heavyweight, Tag Team, and Television). They also used the name "Wide World (later called World Wide) Wrestling", depending on the area. Not so coincidentally, these were also the names of their two main TV shows that were seen throughout the territory.
By 1985, the NWA was starting to crumble and JCP had become the flagship of the dissipating organization (with most succomebing to the belief that the two had become interchangable when all of the other regional promotions began going under) after taking control of the "World Championship Wrestling" show on TBS. Because of the exposure, the company began to grow into a national promotion, and by 1986, the Mid-Atlantic name was on it's way out. The Mid-Atlantic TV show morphed into "NWA Pro Wrestling". and by years end, the last surviving Mid-Atlantic championship, the heavyweight title, was put to rest after the champion Ron Garvin became part of the U.S. tag team champions with Barry Windham.
Over the course of the next two years, Crockett and booker Dusty Rhodes made several bad business decisions that would ultimately cause the company to collapse financially. In November 1988, JCP was officially sold to Turner Broadcasting System (Turner wanted to keep the NWA on TBS because of the ratings it produced) and Universal Wrestling Corp., subsequently renamed World Championship Wrestling, was formed to take the reins of the promotion. Jack Petrik, VP of Syndication for TBS, was placed at the helm as president and he hired Jim Herd from Pizza Hut as Executive Vice President to handle day-to-day operations and also be the on-screen authority figure.
...and virtually all of you know the rest of the story from there.
