1. Hulk Hogan (Hogan was the reason why I really got into wrestling and still continue to love. You believed in the words he said. You know he was invincible.)
2. Ric Flair (The master of the ring. One of the best interviewers ever. He always was able to back up what he said.)
3. Superstar Billy Graham (He was way before his time. He set the tone of what the muscular wrestlers were back in the 80s and early 90s)
4. The Road Warriors (The most badass team EVER. They snacked on danger and dined on death. They lived on the edge They lived to HURT people.)
5. Bob Backlund (The worst when it came to the microphone. What he lacked in mic skills, he made up for it in the ring. His matches again Inoki were classic.)
6. "Macho Man" Randy Savage (You didn't know where he was going to go. He was so good. He was better as a heel. He was dangerous.)
7. The British Bulldogs (The best technical team there ever was. Their feud against The Hart Foundation was classic.)
8. Bruno Sammartino (He was the best champion there was. He took on the biggest and chopped them down.)
9. "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes (One of the most electifying interviewees there was. His lack of physique was deceiving.)
10. Andre The Giant (Need I say more?)

Only 10..... Ever..... bugger..... mmmmm (out of curiosity, why have most people only put in 7?)
10. Kurt Angle - This one surprised me too. I hated him initially, thinking him nothing more than Captain America, with a bucket-head. But, in the last few years he's become one of my favourites ever. A great amateur, a greater pro. He is a true legend in the making. Plus he called Sharmel a gutter-dirty girl, and has been both humorous, and deadly at the same time.
9. The Outsiders: Scott Hall and Kevin Nash - A double entry of sorts. WHile I have loved them as singles, way back to Razor Ramon and Diesel, they were the greatest as a tag team. They came in to WCW and put the tag wrestling world back on the map in a time when it was stale. Founders of the nWo, I salute you.
8. Chris Jericho - I've like Y2J since his turn in WCW when he went a little crazy on people with a chair. A great Crusier come Heavyweight. Plus he has one of the singlest greatest entrances ever. When he debuted in WWF I beliveve my exact reponse was: "Ohah f**k yeah!". Another great technical all rounder.
7. Rob Van Dam - Little brother of Jean-Claude, and I think a better martial-artist, but that does him no justice, as he is Mr Monday Night. The man who I am salivating at the prospect of a return. Another man who does everything.... if only he can sit still for that long without kicking someone in the head. In ECW he really was The Whole F***ing Show.
6. Chris Benoit - The modern day Dynamite Kid, to the 25th power! A gift to all technical wrestling, probably the best all-round wrestler today. Submission, suplexes, high-flying... you name it, he does it. One of the greatest of all Canada's exports. Another man who's done everything, everywhere.
5. Raven - I loved him in ECW, he made me happy every time with his aggresive behaviour. He helped carve the hardcore niche of ECW, then he slipped in WCW, until the coming of The Flock, then he showed the mainstream that he could put on a great show. He had one of the best feuds of the 90s with DDP, giving me another good reason to tune into Nitro every wek. Its a shame WWE did little with him, aprt from his stints with the Hardcore Title, but he's front-running TNA now, that alone deserves respect. Plus he takes a standard move, the DDT, and turns it into something devastating. Quoth the Raven: Nevermore.
4. Edge & Christian - I couldn't decide who I liked more, so this is another joint entry. First off, they were one of the greatest Tag Teams in wrestling history. From the goth days with The Brood (remember, I'm a goth myself), to their comedy work with Foley (CREDGLY) and usless cameos with Kurt Angle (just for the Chicken Suit bit), to when they're hitting the Con-Chair-Toe. Individually they are also just as great, Christian with his hilarious promos and groovy finisher: The Unprettier, which the frist time I saw him do on a jobber years ago, my jaw dropped. Edge who has not had a dud match since around March has continually shown everyone that he is Mr Money in the Bank. A future champion is on the way me thinks. Plus I haven't seen anyone use a brick in YEARS!
3. HHH - He is The Game, he is The Cerebral Assassin, the man who gave the world one of the most feared finishers ever: The Pedigree. He is without a doubt, the greatest heel in recent memory that the WWF/E have produced. He's won basically every belt the WWF had, not to mention he is a 10 time World Heavyweight Champion. He makes the hairs on my neck stand on end every time Motorhead begin with Lemmy warning his opponent that: Its Time To Play the Game! Muhahahah....... because he is That Damned Good.... welcome back you hammer swinging psycho.....
2. The Undertaker - He still is my first REAL stand out wrestler, from his debut at Survivor Series as the mystery partner in the Million Dollar Team. To the most memorable gimmick with Paul Bearer and the urn. He gave us the Buried Alive match and The Casket Match (a personal fave). He's the legendary monster of the WWF/E, and even before that when he was Mean Mark Callace (when he was still able to do the Heart Punch). Even to this day I can't help but cheer at my TV for someone who I've seen wrestle for more than a decade. A few incarnations later, and he's gone back to his classic roots. Greatness wears black and will make you rest in peace.
1. Mick Foley - He is the Hardcore Legend. Dude Love, Mankind, Cactus Jack, all true legends for different reasons. And they're all 1 man. Outstanding in every way in that he showed the world that a truly great champion doesn't need to be the body-beautiful type. He looked like a jolly-hairy guy who you'd happily talk to in a bar, and scream to kick out before the 3! He always will be my favourite. From his wars with The 'Taker and HHH, back to WCW, ECW, Japan and of course KOTDM. He put his body, life and soul on the line just for us. Look at his injuries from KOTDM or the most dangerous descents from the Hell in a Cell that anyone has ever done. Above all else, he's given the fans numerous memories that will stay with them for good. And when it comes to being Hardcore, he is now the baseline to which all are measured. I was in awe on his debut, and truly sad, touched and moved on his retirement. Thats why he is number 1. FOLEY IS GOD.
I spent hours mulling this over....... ;D

The thread first started at 7, then I changed it to 10 because I thought that would be better. Good respect for ECW too with: Rob Van Dam and Raven. I don't think RVD is Jean-Claude little brother though, lol. I feel the same way about Kurt Angle too, at first I wasn't to big on him, now I like watching him and miss seeing him in the days with the Rock and Stone Cold. Outsiders, simply awesome and one of the best modern day tag-teams and perhaps ever, they added so much, including the NWO.

I don't think RVD is Jean-Claude little brother though, lol. It was a reference to an old rumour/gimmick that helped him get known originally. Although, Jean-Claude's surname isn't Van Damme either (he took it from a close family friend, and I can't help but wonder if that's a similar case here.... although I did reqad somwhere that they are related, but I don't know if thats legit). That said, the look incredibly similar, both are martial-arts experts, both partake of a smoke..... except RVD is still cool ;D
