I know everyone is saying how the Ortons setting fire to the Undertaker in a casket is a rehash of an old storyline.
But, I'm wondering if anyone else is thinking that the Mickie James/Trish Stratus storyline doesn't sound familiar?
Fan saves idol, fan says she's written many times, but knows Trish is busy because she's women's champion.... eventual heel turn and attacks idol, because idol is too busy for her.
Torrie and Sable anyone?

Yes it has started off the same but it's bound to happen every now and then, you can't expect every angle to be brand new after all these years of pro wrestling.

You may be right BWO. I didn't know that happened with Torrie and Sable. I didn't watch Wrestling then.
Well I think it's a good idea either way, new or old idea. But maybe not the finishing idea that Trish doesn't have time anymore for Mickie, but because Mickie thinks she is now a better Wrestler than Trish, and thinks Trish is taking away from her (Mickie's) spotlight and fame.

Yeah, I wasn't really complaining about the angle.
When I saw her enter the ring and throwing punches and stuff... I was like.... wow, did they actually hire a woman that can wrestle?
I'm looking forward to seeing more of her.

I've heard tons about Alexis Laree/Mickie James, but I've never gotten to see her wrestle (via tape or live or whatever). Only good things have been said, though, so I'm lookin' forward to watchin' her on WWE tv. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come with the dwindling Women's division.

I know, lol. That sure is something new. Or at least it happens so infrequently that it seems like something new, lol. I have to say, I was stoked when she ran out there!

I knew she was Alexis, but I had no clue that Mickie James was her real name. That's pretty cool I guess.

Same here. I have heard so many good things about her that they kind of created an "instant-fan" with me, lol. I have been pulling for her for the longest time, but I still haven't seen a single match. Hopefully, this will change fairly soon, lol. |

Apparently me and my better half weren't the only ones shocked then! ;D
She did a spinning martial-arts kick that was ... well... damned immpressive actually! My gods! Maybe the Womens title can be saved!
Now just the Tag Team and Cruiserweight divisions to go.

yes, but you can't rebuild a whole division with only 3 women that can wrestle.  Need to get Ivory and Gail Kim back.
