This was, as far as I'm concerned, the premiere twelve months during the Hulkamania years and the storylines, comings, goings, and pacing were just right. What do you guys single out as your favorite moment(s)?

Andre and the heel turn was a shocking angle and one that was not expected with Andres popularity. Also the pain of Andre making iteven more amazing because he had returned to England but was lured back by Vince.

I'm lucky enough to have all 52 episodes of WWF Wrestling Challenge from 1987 so i've seen a fair bit of most of these angles. The Andre / Hogan feud was huge and obviously deserves top billing but others worth of a mention include
The Million Dollar Man debut which was done very well through a series of pre taped video segments,
the emotion that came with Pipers farewell
and Honky Tonks Intercontinental Reign
All great angles from a classic year of wrestling

A great year for Wrestling. Piper retiring was more sad, so not the best angle for me because it meant no more great Piper's Pit. I liked Andre more as a lovable Giant, although his Piper's Pits against Hogan were pretty good and shocking back then. I would have to say the addition to the Million Dollar Man was the best angle along with his skits which were soon to come, lol.

Yeah, we missed out on a lot of the pre 90's WWF shows here in the UK but Sky Sports broadcast the 1987 season of Wrestling Challenge in the late 90's at the height of the attitude era in their Classic WWF slot, which was awesome!

Sorry you missed it, but better late then never I guess, lol. Kind of funny how they were showing it during the attitude era too, lol. Kind of weird, the Classic 80s stuff was the best, and I used to hate the WWE attitude era, so I would watch WCW. Now that there is no WCW and the current WWE is mostly rubbish, I would watch the attitude era now, lol. Especially since I didn't see most of it.

I'm kind of the same, can't stand current wwe tv so i'm rediscovering the New Generation era from 93 - 95. I hated it when it was first broadcast due to the departure of the major stars throughout 92-93 but iits not too bad compared to whats on these days!
