TNA announcers Mike Tenay and Don West learned that Kurt Angle was the major announcement the day of the No Surrender PPV as the show aired live.
Reportedly Angle made it clear to TNA that he intends to do pro wrestling and MMA. That remains to be seen.
Angle has been guaranteed a top position in TNA and the world title over the next year.
As things stand, Angle's first match will either be at the November or December PPV.
Names being considered for Angle's first program include Sting and Samoa Joe. That could change on the fly though as we were told this about a week ago.

Yeah, Angle having the Belt would look really good in TNA I think. Compare him to when they first gave "Trucker Twiggie" (Christian) the Belt, what a joke, lol.
