While WWE feels otherwise, Kurt Angle clearly feels he is fit to be in action. The PWTorch Newsletter reports that there was initial concern within TNA around why they signed Angle when WWE had apparently determined his injuries and personal problems posed too much of a risk to employ him anymore.
TNA’s lighter work schedule opposed to WWE’s very demanding one is hoped to take some stress off of Angle, help him to rehab his injuries, and possibly extend his career. Angle may only have to work 15 times by the end of 2006 with TNA, while in he may have wrestled 15 times with WWE in October alone.
Angle will now have over 20 days at home per month to physically recover from his matches spend time with his family. In WWE, he had around 8 non-working days at home per month.

Nice, sounds like it will work out pretty well for Kurt, better than if he stayed with the WWE. Sounds like TNA cares more about their Wrestlers too and tries to work with them, giving Kurt a little schedule now since he needs it. Vince doesn't really care about any of them, obviously, but still weird how the WWE would let Kurt go, so there's gotta be a little more to him leaving, obviously Kurt wasn't getting the push he wanted and deserved, also he failed a drug test I thought and was suspended a month for that.
