Don't know what everyone else thinks about the whole "god" angle, that's going on, but if you read any of Honkytonk Man's website, I think he may be right.
I really don't see how "christians" like Shawn Michaels and Ted Dibiase can put up with the angle and feel good about themselves.
I know I'm not the most religious man in the world, but I know I'd be scared of being stricken down by the man upstairs.

True, if Shawn Michaels and Ted Dibiase are so involved in "Christianity" and God then it should be hard for them to do or be in angles dealing with it. See, the Honky Tonk Man is a good guy, lol. I know a few Wrestlers (and rightfully so) were starting to get upset with the whole Eddie thing and how Vince tried to use his death to his advantage which is so wrong, but that's Vince, a/k/a the Evil Empire.

Vince has no limits to the mess he'll do get ratings or the WWE attention. I personally cant believe he would dip into religion for an angle but I guess when you have TNA taking all of your old talent you get desperate to draw attention away from them and on you.

The match was a high spot match for sure with Vince pinning Shawn. Maybe for Trips to become a complete face this time, maybe he needs to pedigree Vince on Raw tomorrow night.

Vince will do whatever he has to in order to get ratings. After the Katie Vick fiasco, does this really come as a surprise to anyone?

Weird he stoops lower and lower every year, and every year the WWE gets worse and worse. They still never got over losing the Rock and Stone Cold in my opinion, so they try all these crazy storylines that never work anyway.

Vince really has crossed the line numerous occasions and this God storyline has really took the cake.

Well, think about it. This whole angle is based around the fact that God really does exist. Throughout with whole situation, Vince never once said that God didn't exist. He said he hates him, and he beat him, etc. You can't hate something or beat something that doesn't exist. So, in essence, this angle shows belief in God, and that's why I think HBK and others are involved.

But it also shows alot of disrepect towards christianity and I know its only an angle and maybe Vince really doesnt feel that way but it still was really an unnecessary storyline.

It seems that way to a point, yes. However, if and when God comes out on top over McMahon, it will basically be a push for Christianity.
