Im going with Piper vs Muraco/Orton/Adonis
Just after Piper returned and turned face, his matches with Muraco at the time were also very good and Piper's insane promos from then were fantastic,he was no longer a Heel but at his Rowdiest as the loner tough guy gimick

Adrian Adonis Hulk Hogan Greg Valentine Muraco Jimmy Snuka The Jimmy Snuka feud was one of the greatest feuds IMO but the battle Piper had with Valentine in the dog collar match in 83 was amazing afterdefeating Valentine for the US title.

For it's Piper vs Hogan and Piper vs Snuka.
Piper vs Hogan because that's what made wrestling in the 80s the best.
Piper vs Snuka---look up "hate" in the dictionary and you'll see a picture of Snuka and Piper battling it out. Now that was a feud.

However, as a heel, his fued with Snuka was almost as equally fantastic. Good thread that man!

I agree Warrior the Piper/Snuka was possibly his greatest IMO. But Piper could make any feud work with his ability to get under other wrestlers skin. He was a great wrestler in the ring as well and could back up everything he said.

It's a tough toss-up between Snuka and Orton/Muraco/Adonis. They were both awesome, but I guess his work as a heel had so much hoopla surrounding it with MTV, Cyndi Lauper, etc., in terms o'sheer impact, that would probably get the nod. That's why it was so distressing upon his comeback years later when he was teaming with Snuka like it was no big deal, plus it was hard to buy his feuds with Rick Rude and Bad News Brown as jaw-dropping as the previous ones.

Yeah it is a tough call, so I'll just say the obvious and best one. Piper vs Mr.T, the stuff and interaction and wise cracks they did against each other was simply the best, and when Wrestling was at it's best. When Piper painted pictures of what Mr.T would look like (in a cast with broken bones) and showed them to him in the ring during a Pit that was the best, lol. Then later when he put a fake Mohawk on his head to make fun of Mr.T saying, you wanna get silly, this is what silly is, he turns around and puts the Mohawk wig on his head, lol, that was great, so glad I have it all on tape too.
I am very disappointed that not one of you didn't mention Mr.T, lol. How could you not?
I also like his feud with Orndorff, another one nobody mentioned for some reason, lol. It was funny when later Orndorff even had a "fake" cast, not like Bob's to make fun of Orton, lol. I did like when later Orndorff worked with Piper and Orton against Hogan, Snuka, and Mr.T.
Also as Old Schooler stated though the feud against Orton/Adonis/Jimmy Hart/Muraco was really great, that was really during the Pit vs the Flower Shop days, great great stuff.
Piper was so great, that's why he is my 2nd favorite Wrestler ever, only behind Randy Savage.

Pipers feud with Mr T was really a circus back during those 1st two manias LOL. T really did well in his matches and was a big reason WM I & II was such a hit. Orndorff feud was also one I liked as well although I liked Orndorff better than Piper. Adonis LOL what could be said other than the dude was really a oddball and when he dressed in womens attire to enter the ring it turned my tummy. LOL

LOL Lol, ahh, the days of "Classic" WWF, great stuff then Scotty, lol. Oh, and yeah, Mr.T did really help make the Wrestlemanias back then into the main events or shos of the year, the early ones were so great, not like today obviously or say after the double digits Wrestlemanias they started to go downhill, lol.

LOL The reason why Adrian Adonis was turned into a transvestite gimmick was because clearly somebody in the WWF was watching "Exotic"Adrian Street in Mid-Atlantic and Florida and seen how over his gimmick was at that time

You know Jesse Ventura was asked to do it first right, instead of Adonis I mean. But I think Jesse got hurt right before/during when they approached him thus couldn't do it anyway. Adonis really added something with his gimmick too and a lot of entertainment, so I give him respect no doubt, he really played his role well.

I loved Piper vs. Orndorff/Orton. A great early WWF feud that was worht the price of admission.
