Word around TNA’s locker room is that the once considered “leader” Christian Cage is starting to change. When Christian first came to TNA he was praised for rejecting an offer from World Wrestling Entertainment. It is now being said that Christian is more concerned about aspiring a movie career instead of being the best wrestler.
Sources close to the situation are comparing him to Chris Jericho, stating that his mind is just on other things than wrestling. His reputation has been going on a steady decline since his debut with TNA last November.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It's a shame that the TNA talent appear to be turning against Christian. He is a great talent with obviously loads of charisma since he is the Captain of Charisma It does seem though TNA haven't been using their talent wisely these past few months, all the seem to care about is hyping up the big stars like Sting, Steiner etc when they should focus on building people like Styles, Daniels, Williams etc. I mean that's exactly what WWE do, they build up their young talent, sometimes a bit too quickly granted, but they don't always majorly hype up their big stars.
But anyways, i could see Christian becoming a pretty damn good actor especially in comedies and even though, i would rather like to see Christian continue with wrestling, i'd support him if decided to go into Movies

Christian going onto Hollywood doesn't surprise me. TNA talent turning their back on him doesn't surprise me. As long as Jeff Jarrett has a say in how things are done in TNA, nothing there will surprise me.

Yeah IMO it was a matter of time before Christian made a move in Hollywood. TNA is IMO kinda doing what the WWE did and thats misuse this talented wrestler. I know he had alot of tag title reigns but I believe he could have made a good singles champion as well.

I must of missed this thread a while ago. I was never big on Christian and still surprised they made him the TNA Champion for a little bit. I thought Sting would of got the Belt sooner too, but somehow still never even got it. Christian just isn't a main eventer in my opinion, he just seems like a light weight too. That's funny he even has an ego now a days it sounds like, getting the belt gave him a high head and maybe he felt he didn't have to work as hard once he got the Belt?
Chris Jericho was always entertaining when he Wrestled I thought (more in WCW though), I don't think his music took away from his Wrestling.

Sos bout repling so late but. Christian is a great wrfestler just look at him when he and edge took on the hardy boys and the dudleys! I was not suprised when he got the title at Tna!
Christian should not go to hollywood though as hes too much of a good wrestler to lose!

I agree... they need to focus on younger talent... Cage is a good wrestler... it's a shame that they think so low of him.

Christian Cage is a whiny piece of crap i am surprised we haven't seen any of his old temper tantrems Lol, that is true. Vince always knew he was nothing more than a Tag-Team Wrestler and maybe behind the scenes just wasn't worth dealing with. Edge somehow got beyond that though, surprisingly.
