Hillis A Mallory III sent word that Bill Goldberg talked about TNA in his latest journal entry on his official website. Goldberg talks about TNA's move to Thursday night on Spike TV and confirms that he has been speaking with TNA officials:
"TNA Wrestling moved to Thursday nights (11 p.m. ET) on Spike-TV. That's a positive sign for TNA. The appearance of some of my old buddies on TNA, such as Scott and Rick Steiner, certainly will help their cause. I wish TNA nothing but the best and, yes, I can tell you that I've been in contact with TNA officials. The potential for a comeback definitely exists."

Ok, I guess I should of read this Goldberg thread first, lol. Sounds like he may come to TNA, and him seeing some WCW faces like the Steiners is a good thing, also he should now know what he's "really" worth, which is about the same as Scott Steiner I would say.

Bill in TNA?? For their sake, I hope not. Lol, Goldberg would be a big addition for TNA Alpha and would definitely help them grow and compete against the WWE, then after Goldberg the Rock, lol.

If (and it's a big IF) he does go to TNA, the moment he appears on the ramp, that place is going to explode.

Goldberg could be a big player in TNA. It opens the door for some new feuds like maybe a renewed Sreiner/Goldberg or Goldberg/Sting he would really bring some big ratings if he signs.

How true guys, Goldberg to TNA would be a real positive, especially since he is a proven star and still fairly young. Also I think it would help draw other top Wrestlers if they see Goldberg being signed by TNA, so it's a win win situation.

Gotta remember that Goldberg demanded to be World Champion within 3 months of his signing. Goldberg getting instantly elevated degrades the existing TNA talent. New stars are brought in to make the exsiting talent look better....not bury them.

TNA actually made their first money offer to Bill Goldberg last week. It should come as no surprise that he turned it down though. Right now, with his son just being born, it would be very difficult to get him to do anything. It is being said that it would take a ton of money to lure him in at a later date. People aware of what's going on are doubtful that TNA's offer would even come close to what Goldberg's willing to work for and that a deal is not likely to occur. Goldberg is financially set for life. He still gets offers for wrestling, MMA and public appearances. However, Goldberg still thinks that his market value is the same as it was in 1998. Goldberg's wife Wanda gave birth to the couple's first child prematurely on May 10th. The son was actually due on June 10th, but he's doing fine nonetheless. I think this actually may be a good thing. Goldberg would want to go over people left and right, and with TNA's limited roster they could ruin half their workers credibility in a matter of months. Not to mention that he's really not much of a wrestler at all. He was in the right place at the right time, with the proper gimmick and he got over with it.

Seeing Goldberg in action is the best for all wrestling sake! Agreed!!! Lol. He brings a lot of energy and fans to the sport of Wrestling, something that wouldn't hurt TNA either, lol.

Considering his ego and that he thinks he's worth what he was paid in 98, I hope he doesn't. He's not the man he was in 98 or 2002 for that matter. Let him go to Japan and make some money there but even with the absurd amount of money they throw at western wrestlers, they won't even meet Goldberg's price.
