**SPOILERS** Sting Segment in 2 weeks
The Impact Zone and Mike Tenay welcomed Sting to the ring for an interview segment. Sting talked about the final WCW Nitro taping. He mentioned his first World title win at Great American Bash 1990, his Clash of the Champions I match with Ric Flair and other great memories. He played up the memories of the fans he loved. Sting felt he was jilted over the last five years that he never got to day goodbye. TNA called him and asked him to sign after the Spike TV deal. Sting put over the locker room and TNA has “his brand.” Sting suffered amnesia as he claimed he hadn’t wrestled in five years, ignoring the matches he had for WWA overseas and TNA Wrestling in Nashville. Sting went back to his initial point, saying that Sunday’s Final Resolution match was his goodbye to the fans and TNA. Big shock the crowd chanted, “Please Don’t Go.” I think his accountant was also screaming it at the same time. From the babyface entryway appeared AJ Styles, Sonjay Dutt, Chris Sabin and Christian Cage.

Lol, no way this could be true, your kidding me right? This source has to be wrong. Sting did sign a one year contract with TNA too I though.
If somehow it is true I am very disappointed, and the only thing that could change that towards TNA would be for them to bring in the Rock lol. Of course simple and obvious solutions like bringing back Randy Savage or Scott Hall would work too.

I read on another site, that this is some of Jarrett's "great planning". Hype Sting up, and leave him off TV for a month or two. I think they are lining Christian up for a shot at JJ.

Lol, for a month or 2? Yeah right, how could TNA take a month to get him here after telling us about him everyday, then he Wrestles once (finally), then goes away for 2 months? That would be so beat. Oh, of course like you said BWO, Jarrett's great planning, lol.
Well Sting should be getting the title shot, not Christian, but I guess in time Sting will, once he has more than one match per month, lol.

They need to get Jarrett out of the booking comittee, and stop mega pushing all the "big" names they are bringing in, and start pushing the guys that have been there from the begining. I, myself would love to see Samoa Joe take the belt off of JJ.

I totally agree with ya and Samoa Joe would make a great champ but I must go with Iceman to be next champ.

I don't know... Sting just doesn't do anything for me anymore. Maybe it was when they turned him "crow" and had him take so much time off during that period. I just can't get into him.

I never really cared for Sting especially after the screw job he had at starrcade with Hogan.

Yeah, I wasn't a Sting fan either back then, but he is good, energetic, a real Star with a good history, and brings a lot of good energy/entertainment to Wrestling.
I think Kevin Nash would of been a decent Champion for a little bit but he's always hurt.
Also Samoa Joe should get out of the X-Division and step up to some main events and possibly a Title shot sometime, that is true, the matches in the Lightweight Division are nothing special, he could be bigger than that.
