Source: wrestleview.comAccording to TNAwrestling.com, Kevin Nash was rushed to a local Orlando hospital on Saturday after placing a call to 911 shortly before the Bound for Glory Fanfest.
TNA management has reportedly been in constant contact with Nash since he was taken to the hospital. Nash is said to be undergoing some tests to determine what the problem is at the moment. From what we've been told, it may be cardiac related. The website provides no update regarding his current status.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer is reporting that the feeling within TNA at this point is that Nash won't be able to appear at the PPV later tonight, although that could change depending on how he feels. TNA is said to be working on a substitute main event plan, but nothing has been finalized as of late Saturday night. If anyone has any more news, please post it when you find it.

What I want to know is who might replace Nash if he can't make it??? I think and hope it's the Alpha Male, Monty Brown, because he's been making a lot of noise about the title recently, and, judging by the title of the November PPV(Genesis), I think Brown will be used in a featured role in that particular supershow.

That's weird and a shame for Nash and considering he was scheduled for the main event too, that's tough.
I don't think Alpha Male should be in the main event. Why not put Raven in it unless he already has another match. Hmm...why not surprise everybody with he comeback of my boy Scott Hall? He would sure fit in nicely. They have to bring him back again. He could have a good feud with Jarrett too.

It was a 10 men gaunlet match to determine Nash's replacement!! Nice, that was a pretty good idea, so that Wrestler who won had to Wrestle twice that night (Gaunlet and against Jarrett). Cool idea.

Rhino won, and he wrestled 3 matches, because he had a match earlier in the card before the gauntlet.

It's being reported on some internet sites that Nash could be retired from wrestling. That would be ashame. I was hoping he'd have a nice career in TNA (same as Scott Hall), but injuries (just like most of life) I guess won't allow him, that's ashame, I always liked Nash. He would be a good TNA Heavyweight Champion too for a little run I thought.

It's being reported on some internet sites that Nash could be retired from wrestling. Shame if it's true, because he just got back after doing some movies. Nash was a good performer. I heard he had a mild heart attack. I see no reason why Nash won't come back, as long as his body holds up. Very few wrestlers ever truly retire. Hell, even Bruno Sammartino makes appearances every so often, most lately at Wrestle Reunion 2, where he attacked Larry Zbysko after Zbysko's match with DDP. Also, some may say Bret Hart has well and truly retired. Not so. After his retirement, Hart worked as a Commissioner, a non-wrestling role, but still an on-screen one, for World Wrestling Allstars in 2002, and is scheduled to appear in a similar role, I suspect, for UK promotion 1PW in January. Hart has been confirmed for the two January dates, but his role in them hasn't. The Commissioner-type role is just an educated guess on my part. For what it's worth, my educated guesses are usually bang on the money.
