Goldberg Shoots Down Working For TNA By Louis Sanchez
02/24/2005 - Credit - PWinsider.com
Former WWE and WCW World champion Bill Goldberg is interviewed in the latest edition of Alex Marvez' syndicated column, discussing his upcoming marriage to a stuntwoman he met on the set of "The Longest Yard", the film, and other topics including returning to professional wrestling.
"I'm not going to say I'm done, because in the right situation I would love to come back for my fans," Goldberg said to Marvez. "But in the wrong situation, I'll remain retired from now until the day I die because I'm not going to be a hypocrite and be part of something I'm not a big fan of."
When the possibility of working for TNA was brought up, Goldberg shot it down, saying that working for the company "isn't my idea of the pinnacle of the wrestling business."

Yeah, i read about this. I thought Goldberg would of took up the offer to work for TNA if it came about. But from what he is stated, obviously not. He could have TNA undefeated streak?? nah, that would get a bit boring, don't ya think

There really just needs to be a new league since none of them are good now. Then Goldberg and other good Wrestlers would join. Wrestlers join TNA in protest to WWE which I like, but the league isn't good enjoy, half high school Wrestling, and half Superstar Wrestling. And Jobbers join the WWE for the money and instant stardom. Hey do a Playboy shoot and we'll make you a star in the WWE, lol.

My thing with Goldberg, he was only in it for the money. He said so himself. His "fans"...right, whatever. He's a hypocrite anyway, since it was *he* who completely ran down the WWE product then shows up on WWE programming for a good little while. At least Sting holds to his word: he doesn't agree with what the WWE promotes on television, and he's not going to work for them until he does. Goldberg says he doesn't like what the WWE does, went so far as to call it a "circus", then signs a contract to perform for the company. Screw Bill Goldberg.

Nice, good for Sting, I give him credit and respect for saying that. Yeah, I guess Goldberg is just in it for the money when it comes down to it and we now see who he really is, "fake"? That's no good.
