Sabu was sure Hardcore, probably the most. He really put his body on the line every night for the fans and love of the sport. Every match he was in was gonna be great. That's why I like him and Rob Van Dam as a tag-team a lot, wish they do it in the WWE some day.

Sabu was the best for hardcore with chairs etc..
Sandman was the best for the crazy entrances drinking beer smoking and not giving a f*ck
Tazz was the suplex king that made me cringe when i saw him do a suplex coz it looked like he was breaking somebodys neck everytime
Tommy Dreamer, one word: PASSION, that man has my respect for what he did for ecw and the way he took his punishment of other superstars and in this poll he has'nt had a vote so i'll go for him
Its like Paul E said "EcW was the breeding ground for some of the superstars that we watch today or have done for the past few years
Paul E = genious

Yeah, Paul E gets a lot of respect for what he accomplished in making such a great Wrestling League they once called ECW. Really incredible what he did and how much heart and desire he put into it. He road it as strong as he could even until the last day. Wish it was on now a days.

I got to go with The Human Suplex Machine and first ever FTW Heveywaight Champion Taz (Only One Z if your talking ECW Taz)
Back then Taz was the toughest little Son of unamed Goat (as Roddy Piper would say) in Wrestling.
And realy lived by the creed of
Also a shout out to my fav ECW Heel in it's fianl few years

I know im going off topic a bit now, BUT i have got to agree Paul E was the MAN a f*ckin genious and he had a good company growing, and its like he said on The Rise And Fall, "that if he had a decent network to air the show, then it wouldnt have fallen" AND i truely miss it, and when i watched the recent ECW One Night Stand, i was marked out so much!! I only hope the do another in the near future And the thing that pissed me off the most is: alot of the stars today such as rey jr, Eddie, Benoit and loads of the other stars we see today ARE all Paul E's creations or that he brought them into the scene for wwe and wcw to steal them away Im only happy to see Paul E to be the booker in OVW and im glad vince as helped him out

They dont call me SabuSteve for nothing.Few men have done so much for our sport than Sabu.I have had the pleasure of meeting him and seeing him several times in Vegas for the NWC.I have a pic with him,and another he sent me for sending him money recently when he was in the hospital.I have 3 autographed pics in total.I hear alot of people wishing they had just one.On a side note finally i can talk ECW.

This is my 1st look at anything on this site, and i must say, i am very disappointed. Here i was, already to cast my vote for Eddie Gilbert, and one of the founding fathers, the one and only King of Philadelphia, Hot Stuff Eddie Gilbert is not even among the choices for the greatest wrestler of all-time?!
It is obvious at this point that this website is probably controled by Tod Gordon somehow, and Eddie Gilbert--the King of Philadelphia; the man who put ECW on the map; the man who carried this company on his back, the man who brought in such stars as Don Muraco, Jimmy Snka, Ivan Koloff, the Dark Patriot; the man who carried Terry Funk to all 4 corners to earn the crown (that has never been dethroned, by the way--in fact, all other wrestlers, with all respect due to the King, have not in the least attempted to resurrect the title); the MAN WHO WAS ECW--is once again, even though he should be resting comfortably in peace, is still betormented by the ineptiude of Commisioner Tod/Iceburg/Whatever you wanna call yourself this week/Gordon. Let the King rest in peace!
A lusty "Boo" at all of you.
All hail the King! Eddie Gilbert!

Well that's cool that your a fan of Uncle Eddie Gilbert, and yes Tod Gordon is affiliated with this Chat Forum. Tod sure helped carry ECW throughout the years, even against my boy Paul Heyman.
Also all those Wrestlers mentioned in the poll were in ECW "Extreme Championship Wrestling" a lot longer than Eddie.

Rob Van Dam and Taz for me, both in their own way were the best at what they did, RVD high flying and Taz ground attacks and submition

whats happened to new jack? He's crazy, that's what happened to him, lol. I heard he still Wrestles for Indy Leagues when he's not in trouble from the law. I actually heard somebody tried to sue him for assaut during a match.
