The title is pretty self - explanatory, really. In no particular order (artist then song), Green Day - Basket Case Rob Zombie - Dead Girl Superstar Kaiser Chiefs - I Predict a Riot(listening to it right now) Nirvana - Come as You Are Foo Fighters - DOA Guns 'n' Roses - November Rain Jimmy Eat World - The Middle Sex Pistols - Great Rock 'n' Roll Swindle Green Day - Wake Me Up When September Ends Ash -Burn Baby Burn

That's a pretty extensive question, CS. LOL I've been on the planet almost 22 years, and there's been a helluva lotta songs out in the time span. Yeah, some have been pretty awful, but there's definitely been some memorable ones. I'll just list some o' my favorite music artists instead.
Michael Jackson Kid Rock 'N Sync/Backstreet Boys (yeah, I was a boy-band fan) Whitney Houston (before the drug addiction) Mariah Carey No Doubt Metallica P. Diddy/Tupac/Biggie Salt-N-Pepa Lil' Kim R. Kelly Creed The Fugees/Lauryn Hill Jay-Z/Nas Christina Aguilera/Britney Spears .....
The list goes on and on...LOL

Yeah, I definitely am a huge music fan. When I say I like everything, I really do mean it. Don't do heavy metal too much, though...I'm more of an alternative fan.

Hmm... I think I'll pull a Wrestling Chick and just list some of my favorite bands. I'm a music freak, so asking me to just pick 10 songs is hard, lol. And yeah, they're kind of in alphabetical order, but that's cause I'm kinda flipping through my CD case, lol. Which by the way, I have about 5 of. I told you I'm a music freak, lol.
AC/DC Aerosmith Blink-182 The Clash Emery Evanescence Fall Out Boy Foo Fighters Future Leaders of the World Green Day Guns N' Roses Hawthorne Heights Kiss The Killers Led Zeppelin Lynyrd Skynyrd Metallica My Chemical Romance NIRVANA No Doubt The Offspring Ozzy Osbourne Papa Roach Pearl Jam Pink Floyd Queen Red Hot Chilli Peppers The Rolling Stones Seether Slipknot Taking Back Sunday The Used Underoath
Okay well, I started bolding my favorite, favorites, but then I realized that was practically the whole list, lol. But Nirvana is my favorite band of all time. Kurt Cobain was pure genius. Dave Grohl was and is awesome. And Krist Novosellic can play the hello out of the bass. Guns N' Roses, Metallica, and AC/DC are a couple of my favorite older bands and some of the newer bands I like are My Chemical Romance, The Used, Hawthorne Heights, Fall Out Boy, Underoath, Emery, Taking Back Sunday... I could keep listing, but I have to sleep sometime, lol. ;D

To tough a question to answer because I to like a lot of different music groups, that's why I never anwered this thread, lol.
The current music I am into the most now would be Progressive/Trance, that's what I listen to on Sirius Satalite the most.
Groups: Paul Oakenfold Louie Devito Benny Benassi Motorcycle Wu-Tang Clan (Original) Redman Masta Ace Kool Kieth Rage Against the Machine (Orginal) Nine Inch Nails Vanilla Ice Limp Bizcuit James Brown Tricky Alkaholics Beastie Boys House of Pain Bjork Gang Starr Korn Nine No Doubt Pink Floyd Portishead Pharcyde Prodigy 3rd Bass Snoop Dog
Anybody else like any of these groups? See No Doubt and Pink Floyd were mentioned, that's cool.
P.S. Hmm...I wouldn't of guessed you to like Older Rock and Heavy Metal Bands Amber, that's cool, just wouldn't of been my guess.

Ya know, people never do pin me for what I am, lol, so it's kind of expected that you wouldn't have expected that from me. I hear things like that all the time, whether its about the music I listen to or the fact that watch wrestling or that I love Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings or that I really like cars or whatever. It's no big deal though. It's actually kind of funny for me. I like Rage Against the Machine (Orginal), Nine Inch Nails, James Brown, Beastie Boys, Korn, Nine, No Doubt, Pink Floyd, and Snoop Dog off of your list Ice. Believe it or not, I am not, okay well I am all about the rock, but I like other stuff too, lol. It's just stuff on the rock side of the music spectrum tends to be what I like best. I have an open mind when it comes to music. Believe me, most people who are really into rock and heard you say AC/DC and Fall Out Boy in the same sentence would have had a heart attack. Very different styles of music those are. But I like some rap and hip-hop, country... Just whatever I like, I like. The genre really doesn't have anything to do with it. I don't limit myself to one thing, it's just that I tend to like rock music more than other genres.

It's no big deal though. It's actually kind of funny for me. I am right there with ya, Amber. In my Professional Writing class today, my professor asked what I was going to do a brochure/newsletter about, and of course, I said the WWE. So, we go into all these details that I'll include (No Mercy results, Wrestlemania tickets on sale, Quote of the Month, Referee of the Month, Calendar/Birthdays). In case you couldn't tell by now, I really can go on for an extended period of time when I'm talking about wrestling. So, I get started, and the guys sittin' around me all kinda perk up, like they're surprised that this *girl* is an avid wrestling fan. LOL I always find it humorous when that happens. Lord of the Rings = the greatest literary work since the Bible And do you prefer the Harry Potter movies or the Harry Potter books? I'm gonna have to go with the latter, as I actually like to read sometimes. Not sayin' that if you don't, you're weird or anything. LOL The movies did good as far as picking out the major points in each book, but they did a really crappy job of transitioning between those major focal points, ya know. But I am excited about seeing "Goblet of Fire" in November...it comes out like six days before my birthday, so I'm *definitely* headin' to the theater for an early birthday present...even if I am the only adult in the room. LOL!

LOL! Lol, I love both the Harry Potter movies and books, but I definitely prefer the books too. They have so much more detail and the way JK Rowling uses imagery and whatnot in her writing makes you picture the story in your mind as vividly as if it were a movie. I really just think they're better, not that they didn't do a good job on the movies... LMAO, seeing HHGOF is going to be an early birthday present for me too, lol. I'm 5 years, 5 days younger than you, lol. Kinda weird, but cool, lol. I did the same thing for my birthday when the Chamber of Secrets came out and I was kinda mad when they waited until June for Prisoner of Azkaban, but it's back in November! Yay! Anyways, kind of, okay, really off topic, but have you ever tried Bertie Botts Every Flavor Beans? Me and my friend always make sure to grab a couple of boxes before we go to see the movie. I'm not really sure why, but we've did it before the last two movies so I'm sure we'll do it for this one. Just be really careful when you're eating them, lol. But about Lord of the Rings, I love the movies and the books. Both are really great, but in that case I actually prefer the movies. They're really freakin' awesome, lol! So, I get started, and the guys sittin' around me all kinda perk up, like they're surprised that this *girl* is an avid wrestling fan. LOL I always find it humorous when that happens. Yeah, guys are usually more surprised than girls when they find out I like wrestling or cars. Something else I find funny, is like when I wear one of my wrestler t-shirts, my RVD shirt for example, and I'll just be like walking through the store in my own little world and this random guy walking past, with his girlfriend for that matter, will say, "RVD! Yeah!!" She'll look at him funny and in this case it's my turn to me surprised, because I'm like, "Huh?" Because like I said, I'm usually off in my own little world and have no clue what shirt I'm wearing. I'm usually thinking,"How in the world did he know I like RVD?" Then like 10 seconds later I'll end up looking down and I'm like, Oooooooooooh...." That seriously happens like every other time I wear my RVD shirt. Not so much with the other shirts I have, like Shawn Michaels, Chris Benoit, Goldberg... but maybe that's because the big yellow RVD across the front is more recognizable.

Okay, I've heard of the Kaiser Chiefs, but I don't think I've ever really heard them. What's their sound like?? And I don't think I've ever heard of Ash. Who are they?
All the other ones on your list are great though, lol.

PM me your e-mail address and I'll send you some Kaiser Chiefs and Ash songs in WMA format, if you want.
Ash are a band from Ireland. Their sound is hard to explain. It's kind of alternative music, really cool.
