i never eat anything after 5 in the afternoon causes fat. Wow, don't know how you could do that. You never eat after drinking late at night either? 24 hour Wawa or something, lol. Is is hard for you to not drink after 5PM and how long have you been doing that? Lol, know I don't believe you when I think about it, lol, that's tough man. |

i'd have to agree with Big Black Dick about Arby's
i was so mad when they closed that one off lincoln highway
now you either have to go past trenton or to street road if you want to get some
too far for me

I do drink at the weekend or if at a after show party.But not food since about mid november.
A girl told me about it. this way u can eat what you want during the day.
same is true if you go running every day for 20 mins.

Iceman, what are you talkin about? Arby's (well the one that used to be around here) had a drive thru I wouldn't know, never went there. Oh, maybe I did once but it was just to use there bathroom, lol. Like I said I guess since their food was so great that's why it's not here anymore, lol. |

Really tough sometimes not to eat after drinking, especially Malt Liquor, lol. In general you have to still be hungry later in the day no matter how much you ate in the morning/afternoon, but you have great control I guess. But ya, of course if you don't eat you'll lose weight or not get fat, lol. And yes I believe jogging helps you stay in shape too, lol. |

My favorite is Port Of Subs but since that isn't up I put down Subway. I try to stay away from the burgers, too much fat & grease.

I have voted for KFC but I also like SUBWAY - McDONALDS - BURGER KING, lets face it I like any where that sell's food ;D my favourite fast food is Donner Kebab's with Chilli Sauce or KFC with chip's and coleslaw.  I have never heard of WENDY's or TACHO BELL, maybe they are not in The UK yet. |
