Well after thinking about it for a bit and seeing what others said, some ones that are really tight and I liked are:
Hulk Hogan: Real American Razor Ramon NWO (4 Life, lol) Million Dollar Man "Money, money, money, money, moneyyyy" Slick: Jive Soul Bro
If I had to pick a current one I'd say John Cena's is pretty good. Gives some good energy for his entrance too, nice beats, don't know about his words/voice though because I don't pay attention or hear it, just the music.

even though its not an actual theme song, one of my favorite musical wrestling moments is Roddy Pipers "For Everybody" from the Wrestling Album. Both Demolition and Warriors themes were a couple favorite entrance themes.

There are a lot of themes from the past 11 years I've been watching wrestling that have, in some way, got a reaction out of me, especially in the WWE. Undertaker's, of course, is my favorite, all five versions (original theme, then the orchestral theme, then American Bad@ss, then Rollin', and now a form of the original theme). Triple H's current theme is amazing. DX's theme was awesome. I loved Ted Dibiase's theme song...and Shawn Michaels. I could go on and on...as sucky as the WWE's creative storylines have been at times, their theme songs have pretty much been damn great over the years.

Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, Roddy Piper (I'm with ya, Grumpy Old Man, the first two drum rolls still give me goosebumps LOL), Sting, Hogan, Rick Rude...a lotta guys had good themes back in the day that now seem ultra-corny, but still bring a smile to your face cuz o' the memories, ya know...

I've got a few.
1.Slick/Akeem/Twin Towers/Butch Reed.
Jive Soul Bro. This song just summed up the Doctor of Style and his group of Wrestlers to a T.
2."The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase
From the first Evil Laugh to the last Money,Money,Money,Moneeyyyyyyyyyy.(Always sounded like an ABBA song gone Evil) This song is what a Heel's theme song should be. You know whos comeing to the ring and you instantly dislike him.
"Everybody's Got a Price."
3.The Demolition
Rick Derringer sang some brilliant Wresteling theme songs. This Hard Rock antham lets you know in a hurry that troubles comeing.
"Here Comes The Ax & Here Comes The Smasher. The Demoliton Walking Disaster. Pain and Destruction is on there Minds."
4. Hulk Hogan
The Ultimate Babyface music for the Ultimate Hero.
5.Dude Love/Cactus Jack
Mick Foley struck gold with almost all of his theme songs.
Dude Love: This hokey Bee Gee's rip off is perfect for the Dude. Its comic genius and the Titan Tron it went with....LOL
Cactus Jack: A Hardcore Guitar rift for the King Of Hardcore. WCW and ECW tired but some how always seemed to miss the mark when it came to theme music for Cactus.
6.The Mountie/The Big Boss Man
The Mountie: Both versions are good The Canadian Horn music and then the more famous "I'm The Mountie" both served to annoy the hell out of the fans.
Boss Man: Another song that was garunteed to get the fans cheering "Servin Hard Time." This song is the one I always associate with The Boss Man. I think he made a beter Face then a heel.
7.The Fabulous Rougeau Brothers
Irony at its best. And this type of angle done at its best as well. The So called All American boys who realy hate America.
Hey Kenso Sasuki take notes!!
8.L.O.D
Just a plain rocck guitar beat. But "OOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH WHHHHHHHATTTTTTTTTT AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA RUUUUUUUUUUSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHH."
9.Mr. Perfect
Again perfect Heel tune and also a Perfect Face them. In other words just like the man himself. Simply PERFECT.
10.Waylon Mercy
This was one seriusly disturbed theme song for a seriously disturbed indivdual. The Shrill piano crash into
"Lives Are gonner be In Waylon Mercy's Hands. Know What I meen?"
Then the huanting piano music.
11.The 1-2-3 Kid
Again its a simple rock N Roll Theme but the sound bites of the crowd counting the historic 1-2-3 On Razor Ramone lifts it above the ordinery and captures the emotion of that moment perfectly again.
12.Billy/Chuck & Rico
Probaley the best modern theme song for a Tag Team.
13.John Bradshaw Layfeild
What ever you think of JBL you have to admit his Theme is a great Heel theme remanisant in a way of The Million Dollar Mans theme.
14.Bertha Faye
So Bad it's good this love song to Bertha Faye that Harvey Whipalman warbels is hilarius.
15.Dusty Rhodes
Ameeerrricaaannnn Drrreaammmmm. So good WCW decided to do a Rip Off version for when he returned there.
16.Flash Funk
A funky theme and the memorable site of Vince McMahon on comentery always dancing along to the music when ever Flash Funk apperd. Get this song into my list.

L.O.D.'s music is pretty cool, and I have to agree with Ricky's assessment of Mick Foley's entrance themes. Also, I'm a big fan of HHH's music.

Wellllll.... I'm gonna be a bit biased as I am a goth-type-weirdo, but I have always liked:
HHH - Motorhead:The Game just for Lemmy warning his opponents that its time to play the game muhahaha (plus his old music)
Edge - Rob Zombie and Metallingus (which is most appropriate for him now, I keep humming it at the most random times)
Mankind - both themes were just perfect for him.
Cactus Jack - truly legendary
The Undertaker - only when he's got the creepy funeral music, I went off the Metallica-rip by Kid Rock after a while and hate Limp Bizkit
Misterrrrrrrr Kennedy - I just love his entrance music! Just another reason why he is true class...... Kennedy....
Heidenreich - another fave of mine, I really like his personal entrance music (although I am still petitioning for Rammstein to do his entrance music. Just for Till Lindeman to say Hei-den-reichhhh, plus the cool industrial-techno-guitar-metal)
nWo - need I say more
nwo Wolfpac - see nWo
The Roadwarriors - well this is really a no-brainer
Yoshihiro Tajiri - all his music in ECW was great (as originally he came down to The Prodigy)
Perry Saturn - in WCW his music was a variant of The Beautiful People by Marilyn Manson, which worked so well for him.

Best 5 from the classic era:
1: "Jive Soul Bro" Slick/TwinTowers 2: "HonkyTonkMan" 3: "All American Boys" Fab Rougeaus 4: Tito Santana's 5: Demolition
The king theme is also good, as was the mountie's when he first started out, not that "I'm The Mountie!!.." song he had later, that was crap!
Savage's "Land of hope & glory" was great, but thats a biast opinion because i'm English
