What Wrestling DVDs (not tapes) do you have and recommend? Or even if you have one and don't recommend it let us know so we don't buy it.
I have:
ECW: The Rise + Fall - Great DVD, totally recommend, you'll be amazed at some things that went on in ECW that you didn't know about. Even has 7 Bonus Classic ECW matches on the 2nd DVD. A lot of truth/real behind the scenes from the Wrestlers themselves which was cool, some of which I never new. It starts out from the first days of ECW to the last when WWE and WCW kept stealing there Wrestlers because they knew ECW has something special but just couldn't afford to keep it/them.
Much respect to Dreamer, Raven, Tazz, RVD, and the Dudleys for being so loyal to ECW throughout the years. Even Franchise gets respect for being the first Wrestler to break off from NWA to help form ECW with Paul Heyman and be their first Heavyweight Champion. Paul Heyman gets a lot of respect for what he did and accomplished, it's ashame it didn't last longer, I feel bad for him, and that he had to sign with WWE.
Stone Cold was actually funny it sounded like when he was there briefy and when Heyman asked him to join ECW when he was complaning about WCW firing him.
NWO Back In Black - Also a great DVD. It shows when Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, and Hulk Hogan first started the NWO. Some great classic NWO scenes at an interesting time in Wrestling. Also has a few matches, including the match btwn Macho Man, Sting, and Lugar vs the "NWO" Scott Hall, Nash, and an unknown partner who later comes out and is Hulk Hogan.

I just bought on DVD (but didn't receive yet): ECW: Extreme Evolution (somebody here recommended it too) Blood Bath: Wrestlings Most Incredible Steel Cage Matches Monday Night War |

I have: DVD'sJohn Cena: Word Life - done in a generic overview of his career, starting from when he first began his "rap" character. Goes over a lot of his big feuds, and has some great matches as part of the extra. I would've liked to have seen it done from a behind-the-scenes perspective, rather than him in character pretty much, but it was good. The Monday Night War: VERY, VERY good DVD. It made me miss watching Nitro during the late '90s, cuz it was soooo competitive. Ahh, the good ole' days.  Tough Enough: Season 1 - I remember watching Tough Enough on MTV, and it was nice to reminisce and look back on how Maven and Nidia got to the WWE, and all the other original TE contestants. I wanted the other girl to win, because I thought she was the better competitor, but I guess Nidia had the look they wanted (since looks are so important when it comes to the females in the WWE...*note the sarcasm*). The extra footage was also very good. Trish Stratus: 100% Stratusfaction - A look back on Trish's childhood, and how she got to the WWE. The extra matches were also great, because you could tell how Trish evolved as a wrestler. Undertaker: He Buries Them Alive - Five great matches from Undertaker's early WWE career. I think it goes from like 92-94. It was a good short history lesson, and it was nice to see the match that got me hooked on Undertaker in the first place, against the second Undertaker at Summerslam '94. Undertaker: It's My Yard - GREAT DVD, and a great insight into how 'Taker got started, and the experiences he had in the business throughout his career. By far, my favorite DVD of the bunch. VHSAustin 3:16 Uncensored Austin vs. McMahon 'Cause Stone Cold Said So Chris Jericho: Break Down the Walls Chyna Fitness: More Than Meets the Eye Come Get Some: The Women of the WWF Divas: Tropical Pleasure D-Generation X Hell Yeah It's Our Time The Rock: Know Your Role The Rock: The People's Champ TLC: Tables, Ladders, and Chairs Undertaker...His Gravest Matches (OLD-school, made around late-'91/early-'92, bought it at the NWA Legends FanFest wrestling convention in January 2004 for ten bucks!) Undertaker: The Phenom (first WWF video I ever got, my mom bought it for me for a Christmas present back in December '98) |

Extreme Evolution is a good tape and it has The Sandman v.s. Raven in a barbed wire match.

I highly recommend both Wrestlemania X7 and The Rise and Fall of ECW.
I consider that Wrestlemania to be the greatest PPV of all time and the ECW DVD gives a great insight into the history of the company.

Classic Superstars of Wrestling: Superstars of Yesteryear
Classic Superstars of Wrestling: Booker T, The Early Years
which are all pretty good except for the last one... I fell asleep while watching it and I never did finish it, something which I should probably get around to doing being that I got all my DVDs except for The Stone Cold Truth at Christmas. About those DVDs though I probably wouldn’t spend my money on them unless you’re a really big fan of HBK and even then From The Vault is much better or a big fan of Booker T and like I said I fell asleep. The Classic Superstars of Wrestling DVDs aren’t made by the WWE so they’re not as high quality, but I did like Superstars of Yesteryear.
I have tapes of around 10 ppvs too. I’d have to go look to see which ones though.
