i think Owen Hart, British Bulldog and Marty Jannetty were all underrated, Jannetty in my opinion carried the Rockers until WWE started pushing Michaels as a singles wrestler after the Rockers split up.

I guess this category should have been called underrated and underappreciated. I thought there was terrible mismanagement in WWF at the time to not push Dusty Rhodes, Jannetty & the Dynamite Kid. But Dynamite had a falling out with WWF management, thus his early exit before anything could get accomplished. Dyanmite would have been a superb IC champ. I'm just picturing an early 90s match with Dynamite vs. Mr. Perfect for the IC belt.

Rick Martel by a mile in my opinion - I know he never got the spot his skills deserved. He could have a great match with anybody and he was great on the mic, too. An excellent worker

I have to say Owen Hart because he never got that WWF heavyweight title. Owen was incredible in the ring and only got apart of the respect he deserved.

Mr. Perfect and Rick Rude. Two men that should have held the WWF title

Mr. Perfect and Rick Rude. Two men that should have held the WWF title Could not agree more. Both these guys were great wrestlers and very entertaining to watch through the years. But as Ive said many times WWF only wanted Hogan as champ for most of that time period.
