I never liked Demolition, they were just like the band Kiss with slightly larger muscles, but neither was huge or in great shape. Just 2 Wrestlers with face paint and half the tough looking style of the Road Warriors, the WWF tried to copy them, but simply couldn't come close to the real Road Warriors, thus they finally brought them in, lol.[/quote]
There are two conceivable counterarguments to this. 1) If this were true, they wouldn't have brought in the Warriors so late, when they couldn't possibly live up to their own press and 2) he may have brought in L.O.D. because by then, it was the only feud left for Demolition that could capture fan interest. The whole "dream match" thing, like Flair vs. Hogan.

I was always a fan of LOD. I always thought they had devastating moves and they really worked well as a team. Dudley's kind of remind me of LOD in the way they work together. Only thing I didn't like was when WWF incorporated Hawk's real-life demons into the storyline. RIP Hawk you are missed.

As far as team play,The road warriors were unstopable. But As far as individuals,Demolition was better,Because smash later played the roles of,Repo man,Papa Shango and others.(That were ither him or belt the same way with the same eagle tatoo on his right schoulder.)Its also sad what happened to "the Hawk".I guess the raod warriors would win in a non fixed bout.
