Buff Bagwell was recently on the Ringside Insanity radio show that airs on P2PLive.net. He stated that he will be backstage at the TNA iMPACT tapings this coming Monday night.
He might (it would shock me) be on the actual TNA iMPACT TV taping, however we know he will be backstage at the show with the TNA wrestlers and management according to the interview.

Cool if Buff returns and maybe reunite with Scott Steiner like the WCW days. It should be really intresting to see what he does.

Hmm, nice, lol, always liked Buff, for a time, he was the Stuff, lol. Yeah, him and Steiner were real good together at times, can I hear Tag-Team Champions? Lol, that would be nice. The only real Tag-Team in TNA now in my opinion is Team 3D, I don't like any of the others at all, they are all weak. Hope TNA adds Buff.

No chance with Steiner & Buff as tag champs. I can see them running interference for AMW and getting themselves in a war with 3D.
