Some great Managers back then, they made wrestling great. I pick Bobby the "Brain" Heenan, he had some great lines and always turned a negative into a positive. He also managed some of the best Wrestlers. The Heenan Family: Big John Studd, Ken Patera, King Kong Bundy, Harley Race, Paul Orndorf, Andre the Giant, the Missing Link, Hercules, Rick Rude, Mr. Perfect, etc.

For me it would definitly be Bobby Heenan. Man that guy was a fricking genius. He was so hilarious on commentry during the '92 rumble and he didn't mind interjecting himself in his wrestlers matches. Maybe thats what is lacking in the WWE today some really good character based managers who would have stables like the Heenan Family.

Yeah, i have to agree. Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan has to be the fav manager. He was so entertaining, not just managing but commentating with Gorilla Monsoon aswell!

Bobby Heenan for me, too - he just had that knack of making you want to laugh but hate him at the same time. He was always a highlight.

Slick! First of all, "Jive Soul Bro" was awesome, second of all, he had great proteges like Power & Glory, Warlord, Butch Reed, Akeem, The Big Bossman, One Man Gang, Iron Sheik, Nikolai Volkoff, and KAMALA during his face run!

No contest. The Brain was simply the best, with all due respect to the Slickster. Bring back the managers!

I picked Slick. I just loved the way he talked. I would pick Heenan second, followed by Blassie, and then Hart.

Bobby "The Brain" Heenan was one of the most entertaining managers of all time. The commentating he did with Gorilla Monsoon was very entertaining.

Without a doubt Heenan. He was the epitome of what every manager should strive to be.
